The hotel atmosphere feels antique but renewed. The romantic suite was lovely with 2 big TVs and a nice bathtub. Our stay with our dog was enhanced in the pet friendly room with a food & water bowl for our little one. Right in front of the beach and many nice restaurants and bars in the area

The shower drain was kinda clogged so water was not going through well and the parking lot is bit small so requires some good skill to park safely (and must be reserved ahead of time with the hotel)

Great 1 night stay with our young baby, room was very comfortable and spacious for us all and the travel cot we brought with us. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the bathroom was super clean and had amenities. The room also had a lovely smell to it like oud or something. We used the pool with our baby and at that time had it to ourselves which was brilliant and a great addition to the hotel stay. Location was perfect right on the beach and near bars and restaurants.

Parking was tight, we did email ahead to say we were bringing a car and had a response saying the parking space was added to our booking but on arrival they said they didn’t action this therefor we had to drive around for a while to find a parking space directly out front to help us unload the car full of everything we needed for our baby.

This place is highly recommended and exceeded my initial impressions. Starting with the communication with the hotel after booking was quick and comprehensive. Parking availability was informed well in advance. The staff speaks English and is highly supportive. Rooms are immaculate with neatness, cleanliness and quality of all switches as well as electronics. 2 huge 55+ inch TVs in my suite were highly enjoyable. The bathtub in the living room in front of the TV was relaxing! The toiletries in the bathroom smell nice and have a fresh rejuvenating aroma. Me and my fellow travelers found this hotel relaxing and pleasurable. A bag of cookies while checking out was a delicious surprise!

Everything was perfect!

The hotell is situated directly on the beach walk which can make it a bit tricky to get in front of by car. But the location, and the view from the room facing the sea is absolutely fabulous. Add to this an excellent breakfast and super nice personnel makes it a place you wouldn't mind return to.

The only downside, but a rather big one, was the garage. Not only was it very tricky to get in to, and to maneuver in. The spaces were very narrow and could just accommodate a modern car. And then with great difficulty open the driver's door. (forget the passenger side) But parking places in Blankenberge are scarce so you'll have good use of your driving skills.

Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Overall staff was very helpful.

There was a common issue with the electronic key doors. They were not able to fix it during our stay but the staff opened our room door every time for us. Only bar staff should do better. We had only 1 night stay so we went to their bar only one evening. There was no bar staff, we waited for 20min there. At last, someone came and served 1 man at the bar sitting and kept on talking with him, leaving us and other guests without attention. We just left to go to our room then. For the rest all other staff was during our stay very helpful.

The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the pool and sauna area were great ! The breakfast buffet had a lot of good options for exemple the scrambled eggs were phenomenal ! Location-wise were there a lot of food options, you‘ll also get a 10% discount on two restaurants while you stay at the Beach Palace. Overall, i would highly recommend staying there, and also thank you again for the little parting gift :)

The hammam was unfortunetely out of order so we couldn‘t test it, and the temperature regulator in the shower was very sensitive. But it didn‘t bother us as much.

The hotel is perfectly situated on the coast. It is an old building, but it was renovated very well and with style. The architect has done a really nice job, especially for the breakfast room that looks so bright and well designed. The selection of food for breakfast is very good. One African girl at the reception was so kind and helpful (sorry, I didn't ask for the name). The toiletries are of a very good quality, and one can also buy more of the cosmetics at the reception.

Since it is an old building, although very well renovated, there are some issue with the sound proofing.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The sea view from the room was nice, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of options. The sauna and pool were a nice touch for relaxing, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Having parking available inside the hotel was convenient as well. Overall, a very good experience.

The main light in the room wasn’t working when we arrived. After mentioning it to the receptionist, it was fixed, but unfortunately, it stopped working again later.

The room was wide, clean, and extremely well decorated. Both the shower and the bath in the room were gigantic and great. The staff was really understanding even with a last minute booking for two with a medium size dog. We were truly surprised by all of the services the place proposed for such an affordable price for a 4 stars hotel. The hotel has a perfect location, near several parking lots, and just in front of the beach and its many sea-side restaurants. It also offers unlimited access during your stay for the pool, the jacuzzi and two saunas, so I really recommend taking a swimsuit with you ! And if you want to relax in the evening after a good spa, the hotel also has affordable cocktails and aperitifs. It was truly an idyllic stay and we will definitely come back again.

The staff was very friendly and the room was amazing. The view is really nice and the bathtub in the Junior suite was really good. O really liked the stools with the 'bar' behind the bed, although not that comfortable, but I used it to the maximum for working. Overall great stay and would go again,since I did not have time to get to the breakfast.

There were fluctuations on the water, when in hot it was for some seconds going more to the cold, not that big or great however. Same with the a/c.
