Location, swimming pool (except time for kids there), cleanness.

The restaurant menu was pretty poor and quite expensive. For kids there was almost nothing, we ordered a dish for our kid and that was not tasty at all. The time of restaurant opening is also very impractical in terms of swimming pool opening time. Eventually we ended up in a situation that we had to travel to the city for lunch/dinner - that was cheaper and with a wide choice. Also the main waiter was pretty impolite, he advised us not use restaurant if we want to order only Dessert or Drinks, that was weird. I think the hotel should change the policy regarding the kids' time in swimming pool, very inconvenient.

The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay and the facilities were overall good. The room and bathroom were spacious for 3 adults but we missed a few things. Overall, it was a good stay and we enjoyed it (location was also good given our weekend plans) but we did not feel the hotel/wellness was outstanding for the price. Some small things could have made a difference.

1) the ensuite bath tube was great but a combined shower stall would be appreciated. 2) unclear whether the 2(?) water bottles in our mini-fridge were courtesy. 3) there was a boiler in our room but no tea/coffee available (and 2 cups only for 3 guests). 4) no slippers but robes available (courtesy). 5) air-conditioning was not working properly but we realised too late so we didn't bother to complaint at the reception. Similar problem with soap that finished during a shower. 6) pool water was not very hot and the jacuzzi can get busy after 5pm.

- modern, quiet and spacious location in the hills - children's playground recently added / upgraded - good beds - uninterrupted sun (wp) from sunrise to sunset - excellent airco: totally quiet and easy to control

- duvet much to warm for summer - the rooms above the dining room suffer from the noise of moving chairs and tabels, the hotel is aware of this but has not (yet) resolved this (ask for a different room) - the dining room is too full / during breakfast is quite cramped at the buffet

I contacted te hotel to ask in advance for specific arrangements as the stay was for a birthday gift and they did great. Nice surprise in the room and excellent service at dinner.it was great. The spa was great. Breakfast was excellent with different choices. The food was exceptional. This was my third time here . I also had 2 couples stay there under my recommendation. I will definitely come back and I will definetly continue to recommend it.

Everyone was very kind, the room was clean and the breakfast was very delicious. It was absolutely no problem to bring our baby and the hotel offered a big crib for her.

We had a room close to the kitchen, so it was not possible to open the window without smelling food in the whole room. But it was okay for our short stay.

Very nice hotel and staff! we were allowed to enter the wellness with our baby which was very kind!

We got the idea that the wellness could have some more maintenance, green coloured (what looked like) molt at the edge of the pool, some small tiles were missing in the hamman and the jacuzzi diddnt had very clear water at the end of the day. Food was a bit over priced for what we got.

Beautiful location, countryside fabulous. The food in the restaurant and staff were excellent. I loved the stillness in the swimming pool area.

The bar and food staff were very busy so it was very challenging to simply order a coffee at the bar during our stay.

Very authentic interior, outstanding service, nice spa. We enjoyed the breakfast. But I would like to emphasise two things. - One of our friends had to cancel the trip. Despite the booking were nonrefundable the hotel approached "Booking.com" to refund the order considering the cancellation reason - We arrived late to check-in as the weather was bad and we had a long trip this day. The kitchen was already closed, still we got excellent dinner. I would like to thanks the hotel stuff for exellent time we spent there. And we can definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location with a lot of walks and greenery around. It feels like a luxury to stay there. The spa is very nice and we used it every day.

The room was too hot, since the AC did not work so well. The room was not really clean at arrival. There was a strange smell in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was not working. The pillows were uncomfortable.
