Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is really nice, close to Durbuy and very quiet. We slept very comfortably.

The room was ergonomic but small. We are a family of four with two teenage kids and the bank beds were small for them. The bathroom had no ventilation and after two people showered it was too warm. We would go back for one night, overall the experience was good.

Location and place are amazing. Love the fact that it is in the nature. Staff very friendly and willing to help and accommodate your request.

Not much to complain. I’d suggest to improve a bit the room for the disable people (there is no ventilation and the bathroom could be somewhat nicer. The restaurant (but all all the brasserie in the villages) have the kitchen that close at 9pm, also on Saturday night. Found only one restaurant that was open at that time in Durbuy.

Always friendly and helpful staff! Interesting was entering the room through the bathroom. Turned out very valuable to serve as a buffer from the noisy hallway and to leave our dirty shoes keeping the carpet in the bedroom clean. Also nice concept to refund 5€ for not having the room cleaned. A combination of things made our stay ideal. Sauna and jacuzzi for mom in quiet room and bikeroom and hose for the son.

A quick vacuum would have been nice when ‘cleaning’ the room. It was very nice to let us store our bikes in a locked room! But a little weird that it was a carpeted room. Luckily the weather was dry …

Very nice room with new bathroom and bunkbed for the kid. Breakfast was great. Very kind people. Super that there were chargers for electric cars. We were fortunate that one was free. Some were occupied by non-electric cars.

Beds were a bit hard. Not enough parking space. Breakfast at 7h30 instead of 8h would have been great.

My kids loved the bunk beds; the breakfast was FANTASTIC, the grounds were beautiful and the playground made the kids so happy. After having not experiencing a very warm reception elsewhere in Belgium, we quickly concluded the Ardennes region, and the staff at Mont-des-Pines in particular, were the friendliest people in our 10 days in the country.

The guy at the reception is amazing! We arrived with bikes but there are no bike-parkings. He offered to guard them inside the structure in a room for the staff. Everyone was vey nice. 5and they speak perfect english) The wellness room is small, but it is perfect. The jacuzzi is easy to use and it is very big, the sauna as well is very nice (although is a bit small). The beds are so comfortable. The minibar is full of drinks and the price is not crazy. We had dinner at the restaurant and it pretty affordable, with a good selection of wines.

The rooms are probably not very well soundproofed. In the morning a dog was barking and it seemed it was under my bed. But it is a tiny detail that can pass.

Lovely staff at reception and restaurant. We could have breakfast in the empy restaurant with my dog (not allowed in the breakfast room). A staff member took care of my dog so we could fill our breakfast plates. Great buffet.

No coffee facilities in the room, but we survived :-).

It was a great place for kids, with a large playground (will be even better when there is some shade), the jumping castle and the other guest kids Availability of food from morning till evening is very convenient Lots of activities and food available in Durbuy and Bravaux, usually a short 10-min drive away. Price was really reasonable.

A swimming pool would be fantastic! We would have liked a small refrigerator (for food leftovers) in the room, and a small tea machine.

communication on opening times of restaurant. It is located down a country road with no other restaurants nearby, and the restaurant only opens at the weekend and it stops serving food at 8:30pm, so if you're there mid week, check the opening times as you may need to eat elsewhere. The morning breakfast doesn't start until 8am, so if you're trying to catch an early ferry you'd better pack your own breakfast

The location is in the middle of nature.

Not a big issue, but we didn't like the cigarette's smell from the tourists that were smoking close to our balcony. You could feel it even though the windows were closed.
