The place is amazing and really nice. The staff woman in charge of the breakfast is really helpful and professional. The garden is gorgious. The room is well decorated and very practical.

I got wrong information at the intrance desk. The last intrance time for the restaurant was wrong (luckily I went in advance; otherwise I would have come too late to be served). The breakfast time was not correct either. On the first day I came late to my appointment (I could get my breakfast earlier). There is no balcony in the room, only a window opening on the beautiful garden. If you want a balcony you need to choose a "terrace room". There is no common space at night (common space is locked), only your room.

Apart from the dog in room issue, we liked almost everything . The restaurant was a little more expensive than anticipated when a bottle of wine was added. However, it had a good ambiance. The restaurant is separate from the hotel and you pay separately.

An extra 30 euros for a dog in our room PLUS another circa 40 euros to uprade our room. Dogs are not allowed in standard rooms. We only found this out after booking, so we left our dog in the car, and everything was fine!

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting overlooking woods and a large duck-pond. Originally an old stone building, it has been tastefully converted and the bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and modern functional plumbing. At breakfast, there is a selection of different breads, with eggs, cheese and ham plus fresh fruit and preserves. All the food is of a high quality and served in a pleasant room which reflects the serenity of the surrounding countryside.

The 'cappucino' was slightly disappointing

The Hotel is in an idyllic location near a fish pond and surrounded by nature, despite being near the highway (which is unnoticeable). The rooms are clean and well appointed, lovely toiletry products are included, and the value for money for the room was excellent. A true highlight was having dinner next door at the Blue Maison!

Nothing of note

Hotel just as good as at our previous visit. Easy access off main roads for overnight stay on our journey. Peaceful location with nice walks from the hotel. Staff very helpful when we wished to freeze the blocks for our cool box. We had been warned in advance that the restaurant would not be open and given suggestions about places we could book for dinner.

It was a shame the restaurant was not open - we had enjoyed our meal there on our previous visit.

I made a booking on the wrong (next) day but they gave me another good room and charged me the same price. It is very quiet there. I have not used the Restaurant but it looks fine. Parking for free. Had a nice walk in the morning close by. Seems that there are options for spending some holidays there but I only needed a place for the night.

Having left a mobile phone behind, the staff were very diligent. On returning to the hotel for the second visit they located the phone with the laundry and returned it to us. We though the phone must have been stollen but we were wrong and the laundry company and the hotel behaved impeccably. We are full of praise.

The room was very nice, clean, with all you need. The nature around is really beautiful. The breakfast was beautifully served. Just keep in mind they serve eggs only with additional cost.

The lady at reception when we just arrived was rude. I felt discomfort when talked to her. But when she left the hotel, the other young lady left on reception was very nice and helpful.

Beautiful quiet surroundings right next to a lovely short stroll or long walk through the Forêt d’Anlier along the River Rulles, a tributary of the Semois. A really lovely place. The hotel has a high class restaurant attached - ne needs to book! Here we enjoyed a delicious excellently presented meal. The small city of Arlon where we spent the day is close by. The Gallo-Roman museum there was very interesting. The hotel itself is small enough to be personal, it is well appointed and beautifully clean - the view over the garden was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful and as there is no lift insisted on carrying our bags upstairs for us. The garden has outdoor seating and a large chess board - though we don’t play chess. There were many people at the restaurant in the evening but it was not noisy being sited at the end of the garden. Breakfast, though top price was also very very nice with top ingredients stylishly served. we had an excellent stay here.

A pity the wellness centre is now closed, though we did not need it. A lift would be useful but made up for by the lady carrying our cases. Breakfast at 18€ slightly more than we would normally pay.

Beautiful, quiet and unspoilt location. Hotel is superbly designed and fitted out with quality and style. Everything worked well, quiet room and large comfy bed. Restaurant was closed on the night we stayed but breakfast was sumptuous with fresh local produce.

Nothing!
