Very good location, bright and comfortable room, big bathroom. Really friendly and helpful staff. Free water and coffee, this is really great. In general - this is a really lovely hotel, furthermore, they allow having dogs here. Also, I value an early breakfast possibility.

Same breakfast every day, nobody could make a cocktail in a bar, though cocktails were on a menu. Cleaning staff does not leave the promised 5 euros coupons when you ask not to clean your room. Apart from that, I really don't know what to complain about.

The location was good, I could reach the places I wanted by walking 15 minutes max. The bed was very comfortable and the light switch were good placed, it didn't have to get out of the bed to turn them off. The bathroom was really nice too, the shower was my favorite.

Either the walls are too thin or the doors close too hard as the wall would shake every time the person next door would get out or inside the room. I suggestion would be to offer snacks at the bar or something food-related, and I didn't have many options for dinner.

The breakfast was lovely and I loved the tea and coffee making facilities that was available 24/7 a great option. My daughters particularly enjoyed the hot chocolate. The location of the hotel was perfect and was central to visiting Hasselt. We would definitely visit again if we return to Hasselt The room was very spacious and the bathroom facilities were excellent, a superb shower!!

The room was a little warm and we struggled with the air conditioning. Also downstairs in reception was also uncomfortably warm at times.

The location was excellent, it is 14 min from railway station and to the opposite direction 14 min to the University! Room very spacious, cleaned every day, was very quiet. Good bathroom.

Sometimes the water pressure in the shower was not enough, the shower worked in a pulsating mode. But that probably coincided with the time of day when most people use it. If you (as I) like to sleep with open window, check if it is not locked with a key (you have to ask for it, first night I didn't knew).

The hotel offers many rooms and is well located. The rooms are clean, pleasantly designed, they are small but functional. It's a really good value for money hotel.

During the day, the A/C kept turning off. There was no possibility to open the window of the room, which resulted in a stuffy atmosphere during the day. It is not ideal for home office.

I did not take breakfast, but the location was perfect for my needs. It is in the business centre of Hasselt. I will definitely stay there again. There is a feeling of tranquility. For the price it tucks almost all my needs and I give 5 stars for cleanliness.

The only thing I missed was that there was no kettle and tea / coffee for when you get up in the morning. Though there is a station in the reception for coffe or tea.

So quiet, no noise, no slaming doors. Very well cleaned. Lot of towels and a great bathroom with a vegan shower gel. water with a good pressure and always hot. The bed was comfortable. It is a old building but with a very well done renovation. There was free coffe, tea, filtered water available. Located near restaurants and shops.

The breakfast was ok but can improve in vegan options.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were traveling with our two dogs who also appreciated the dog beds provided in our room. Not every hotel that allows pets actually feels like they care about them as well, but the B&B team certainly does. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Very comfortable beds and generally quiet rooms. Could hear people in the morning or when people were flushing. The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were spacious. Great location right on the ring road.

No fan and the air ventilation didn't really cool down the room, even though instructions stated it would. Some random door slamming and did sound at one point like someone attempted to get into our room.

Great location in the city centre, clean, quiet, big room, drinking water available, good selection for breakfast, nice personnel and there was also a place in the garage to store our bikes for free. We liked the option to not to clean our room in exchange of 5€ voucher to use in the hotel bar.

The pillows were too big and thus not comfortable to sleep on but this is individual preference.
