our second stay in Kortrijk wished I’d booked this on first visit as was much nicer & more personal as the hosts was extremely friendly & knowledgeable of the area and of course tour de Flanders which was why we were there. Only a few minutes walk to main square so a lot more quieter at night which was also better. Will be booking for next year without a doubt. The included breakfast was delicious and served by happy chatty host also a bonus. Parking on side street was ample and loads cheaper than underground parking too. Excellent range of Trappist beers

room was quite small though I did book a more spacious room though I think this was booking.com not the host as advertised my booking came through as standard though my confirmation was deluxe. Still had everything we needed for our stay.

The accommodation is a few minutes walk from the centre, in a very quiet and convenient location. The rooms are a good size and clean, also bathroom and the air conditioning was excellent. The owner Carmen was incredibly helpful and stored our bikes in her locked garage just around the corner. Breakfast was also excellent with a large variety and good coffee. All in all it was really enjoyable and we will stay here again next time we visit.! One additional note to add is that the hotel is very bike friendly and that Carmen will wash cycling kit for guests.

Nothing was excellent

Superbly appointed, well themed rooms. exceptionally clean, Carmen, the hotelier was amazing, breakfast, particularly the scrambled eggs, was great. Everything worked well. Attention to details and housekeeping were very impressive. This was a truly a pleasurable review to write. We will definitely be back, if you are reading this review, I urge you to consider this lovely hotel.

Everything! The decor and building are wonderful and quirky. We got upgraded to the Orval room which was spacious, clean, airy and fabulously decorated. The bar was outstanding. Breakfast immense. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I will definitely be back.

wonderful and perfect experience. Room is very clean and cosy. Very good breakfast, all fresh and thoughtful prepared. The host is very nice and friendly. The host owns the hotel and a restaurant downstairs. When you see the room, you will know it must be managed and run by a professional person who really knows running a hotel.

only the lock of our room is a little difficult to lock on. Otherwise all perfect.

The location was great, near the centre but in a quiet area. We stayed on the Orval Room and it was just lovely with attention to detail in the design and decor of the room. Breakfast in the morning was fabulous, with warm bread and coffee. Carmen was a pleasant host.

Staff and owner was super friendly, breakfast was great. The hotel is located in town and has everything close by. I was there for cycling and would recommend it to anyone. Rooms were modern and had loads of space. Will be back very soon indeed!

Renovated rooms with a very nice bathroom. Everything was present in the bathroom (Hair dryer, shampoo, soap, desinfectant gel,...) A lot of choice at Breakfast (coffee, tea, orange juice, different kinds of bread, croissants, pain au chocola, yoghurt, fresh fruit, eggs in different ways, charcuterie platter, choco, jam, etc...) There's also a small beverage station in the first floor where you van get coffee &tea for free. Other beverages are playable but a normal prices.

Hotel is small but nice and clean. Close to the city center, just some minutes walk. Very helpful and nice lady who takes care of everything. Tasty breakfast with excellent home-made jams :)

Very nice location, 7' walk from de Grote Markt. The facility itself is kept in the formula of guest rooms, but very pleasant and clean. Extremely nice and helpful hostess, good breakfasts.
