We had a lovely spacious room. Breakfast was also quite nice and offered a variety of choices.

Upon arrival we wanted to catch a “light” dinner in the hotel restaurant. When we were given the menu we realized that only a 3-4 course meal was provided. We asked if we could only order a starter and we were told “yes”. When our starters arrived they were rather large portions, only to find out later that they made them larger to make them a meal, hence charging us more than we realized we would be. It was a nice meal but not what we expected or wanted.

The hotel looks amazing and the drive up to it from the road gives the venue a huge wow factor. Plenty of free parking, great size rooms and a perfect location for Maasmechelen Village.

Breakfast was quite limited and extremely over priced at €22.50 per person. Evening food and drink seemed limited. Not sure if this was due to Covid restrictions but to us it felt like there was not enough staff available as the wait during service or between drinks was too long. The rooms are advertised as being soundproof, but they are clearly not given what I could hear from the neighbouring room! I had an invoice query post departure and I did message the hotel for help but they did not respond.

Very nice room with comfortable beds. A great location in a true resort area and close to shopping. Very friendly staff that was helpful and courteous.

It was very hot and humid during our stay and the AC did not work well at all. There was not a fan for air circulation either. Therefore it was hard to get comfortable in the room at night to sleep.

The building is very beautifully renovated and stylish, instant-welcome-feeling. Excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff and the tropical swimming pool, mini-golf, biking, wellness facilities and much more of the Terhills center park domain can be easily reached (on foot or with a shuttle (both with a driver or without)).

Nice room, comfy bed (a welcome change after the Rotterdam Hilton, where the bed was like sleeping ona slab of concrete).

Rooms were advertised a with shower or bath. We had asked for one with bath but were given one with only a shower. Dinner in the restaurant was good, though the choice was a bit limited. House Chardonnay (from Chile) was excellent. We found the waitress a bit too gushy though.

Super close parking, perfect breakfast (12/10!!), spacious room and the view.

We could hear really loudly the noise of other peoples flushing the toilet. We were startled by the noise while we were drifting off to sleep, it’s quite loud. The smells from the dinner time from the kitchen are too noticeable when you enter the building. There should be better ventilation.

Not much. I would just say that our room could have used a little bit of a refresh (paint and furniture scratches) and that I was a bit surprised by the lack of a communal seating area in the lobby maybe… but really these are very minor things

very photogenic from the front and the rooms were great. i had a starter dish in the reservation and wish i had planned my meal there as it was really really outstanding

the back side overlooks and american style shopping mall so be sure to pay extra to have a view of the garden. also, the reception lobby is in a side room and not set up to be welcoming even though the staff are perfect

the place is so beautiful near the shopping outlet and cinema also restaurants

they don’t have bell boy. we needed help with the luggage specially with these long stairs

The rooms are spacious and calm as it is located in a very quiet environment. Also the bathroom was perfect. Friendly staff (like always in Limburg!) and beautiful area for walks; outlet village Maasmechelen is very nearby. Ideal for a family reunion to spend a weekend. Marie-J
