This hotel has spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, great connection if you are travelling by public transport. Enjoyed free parking just in front of the hotel. Probably great for families as there is a playground and swimming pool for extra charge.

For some reason, there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room. It was really tricky to understand where you can get hot drinks. There was a free coffee machine beside the reception, and it was not working one morning. It got fixed for next day. The pillow was too big for me with a crumbed filling inside but I was using a small one that was there.

The stay at this hotel was wonderful, the man and woman at the reception were very kind and polite to us. Inside the apartment was everything, a hairdryer with attachments for straight and curly hair!!!, a kitchen with an oven, a stove and all the accessories, from plates to a whisk and baking dishes. There are a lot of little things that you rarely see in hotels, but are so necessary when traveling and make it more comfortable. All rooms were clean and the smell inside was very pleasant and smth like wood. Panoramic windows, large TV, cozy furniture. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you very much for the Christmas holidays!))

Great service at the front desk. Very thoughtful, helpful, friendly and professional. We were surprised with the size and the awesome facilities in the room. Especially the bath was an amazing surprise. Nice balcony and beds too and good breakfast

I really liked the friendly staff and clean rooms. And there are entertainment facilities for children around, so the children enjoyed it. I was able to have a good time with my child. There are many delicious restaurants around, so I was able to spend a good evening.

The weather was windy and cold. However, the room had a heating system, so it was warm. The hotel only serves breakfast, unfortunately it does not serve lunch or dinner.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice hotel with lots of things around the vicinity. With a secure carpark it is great for motorcycles as gives peace of mind.

Just need to have bigger dining as we were told we couldn't eat dinner when we checked in as fully booked unfortunately.

The receptionist was very friendly & even gave us an upgrade 😁 wish we had the time to stay longer & enjoy the rest of the place because it looked & felt very cozy & warm. Also very close to the beach & boardwalk, Will come again for sure 💗💗💗💗 thank you

Had no conplaints

Fab hotel located just off the seafront and within half hour drive of Brugge. Staff were great, facilities lovely, and breakfast was good. Loved the honesty bar and great vibes all round.

A slight lack of signage to direct you around the hotel.

- Spacious room - Nice playroom for small children, teens and adults - Great playground just next to the hotel - Within walking distance to a nice sand beach - Delicious breakfast

- Path to the beach is not obvious and it takes significantly longer than what one would expect from looking at the map - Some items in the playroom cannot be used, e.g. toys without batteries and stump darts - Reception not always staffed

A special experience for sure. The building of the hotel doubles as a casino, which gives it a certain charme. Our room was fantastic. Modern, stylish and with plenty of room to spread out. We felt instantly at home. You're only a short walk away from the coast.

We visited in the off-season. There was constructino going on around the hotel. At night or in the early morning there was never any noise. But during the day it would have been certainly noticable if you'd have stayed at the hotel. But this is only a temporary situation.

The staff was extremely helpful and managed our late check-in very well. In addition there honesty bar is one of the best things I've ever seen in a hotel in Europe. I highly recommend this place for a nice out of the city experience when you want to experience calm
