BREAKFAST ITS DINNER!!!

The hotel was very easy to find and check-in was very easy. The room was just what we needed and had a nice little kitchenette, although no facilities to make your own hot drinks. The room was clean.

The beds were not very comfy, the mattress was hard and you only got one pillow each, so it wasn't the best nights sleep. No facilities for tea and coffee making - but it was a lovely hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness, 24 hour reception, friendly staff, our family room had plenty space for two adults and 6 month old baby. And really great location for people who are in road trips.

The only problem was that in morning the gardeners were up and about at 8am at least - just under our window - so so loud. Probably would have preferred if the hotel would offer cots for babies instead of extra bed - under a year old baby can’t sleep in his own bed unfortunately.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location for a one-star vacation in Belgium. The location is convenient for visiting Belgium's most popular attractions and cities and offers free parking. The staff is charming and helpful, good breakfast.

On one of the days, the cleaning staff left our room door slightly open. Fortunately, nothing was missing. We believe it was an honest mistake, and the reception staff apologized a few times. The bathroom door is transparent and not wholly sealed; In addition, it squeaked extremely when closing. The toilet door is also not wholly latched. There is no full-length mirror.

The staff member who checked us in was very rude. They seemed disinterested and gave us no information we had to ask for it. The other staff members were fantastic though. Shame that one member of staff let the hotel down.

I've been at Ibis many times and the feeling is always the same. Very welcoming staff :) Good facilities Excellent breakfast as usual :) Is my choice when travelling around Belgium

I've been there many times and it seems that the rooms need more maintenance. Lately, it has been common to find faulty stuff (the desk behind the TV, the power outlet not working in the bathroom...)

Conveniently located for motorway network and Waterloo. Clean bright and modern decor. Good breakfast.

There was no USB charging point in the room but the main problem was the bed was way too soft and I’ve had backache all day since checking out.

love this hotel..everything about it is really good..clean rooms..friendly staff..plenty of parking..great choice of breakfast food hot and cold..good location for access to France Germany and Netherlands and even Luxembourg

only thing i didn't like that i find strange is that the toilet isn't in the bathroom it's by the door near the kitchen area

Breakfast was good as usual You have stopped giving beans which is a shame

Staff member at 5 pm was a little frosty Almost rude We where very nice as usual so she really should have been more considerate
