Location excellent in a street not far from the seafront. All the houses were built early 1900s and beautiful, some with tiled fronts. The room very clean with essentials taken care of. Breakfast was very good with fresh, local produce, home made jams and a lovely herbal tea. The host very welcoming.

There was no refreshment tray in the room for a tea on waking or hot chocolate before bed, though that is a preference rather than a negative. There were 4 flights of stairs which were fine for us but if limited mobility could be an issue.

As a coffee-lover i can certify that you’ll get a decent coffee here. big thumbs up for this!

for me it was no problem, but you might need earplugs if you wake up easily because of sounds. it‘s the charm of an old building.

Such a beautiful B&B! The hosts are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location in the ' Belle Epoque-wijk' is great, the seaside is 5 minutes walking. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed, the building is beautiful with original flooring kept with stunning modernisations. The breakfast is delicious, fresh breads and spreads, yoghurt and everything is local. The hosts explain it all at the table. It was very calm in the streets with quiet nights.

Parking is in the street, it takes a little looking around for free places, otherwise there are many payed parking places around. The room is a little warm, mainly after showering and it takes a while to cool back down.

Very nice little place. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were great and accommodating. He helped me organise a taxi to the train station very early the next morning and even got up to help load all our bags into the taxi. Very appreciated . Unfortunately, we didn't experience breakfast as we left early. I would definitely recommend staying here but have no lift, only stairs. Not a problem for us, but it might be for someone else.

Lovely well restored period house, with cheerful airy rooms tastefully decorated. Good bed. Friendly welcome and outstanding continental breakfast. Surprisingly easy streetside parking in a safe feeling residential neighbourhood.

Not a dislike but a little warning that stairs would not be ideal for guests with reduced mobility.

it is in a residential area so not so much happening closeby but walkable to centre, close to kusttram, so no real negatives

great breakfast with local cheese and (for our non vegetarian friends) local ham, regional yogurt with home made granola, home made jam... beautiful art decoration and a very helpfull host. we loved our short stay here.

Breakfast was simple and tasty - the local cheese and ham, egg, juices, coffee and croissant. The room was cozy and tidy. Location is in the quite place, not far from the beach and city center.

I stayed here because I needed a short getaway to the seaside to clear my mind, and Villa les Paquerettes was the perfect place for this. It's a very friendly, quiet place, and the owners are super friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. I found a lot of rest during my stay here, and the breakfast in the morning is exceptional. When I will need a little escape to Oostende again, I will return here in a heartbeat.
