Breakfast was Top Notch! Great per-person offering. - Plus plain scrambled eggs folded into an omelette was Awesome! I could eat one at every meal! 800m to a decent pub with great food... Eetcafe D'Akte Town is only 300m more for a market and some other restaurants... - I did not eat in the Italian place (Piazza Grande) but it looked nice - I did eat in Hoshi Sushi 2 nights... Soup and non-sushi food: great people and service!

A bit of noise from other rooms at night but not anything to worry about...

spacious rooms, lovely garden, the hosts were very friendly and the icing on the cake was the host showing us a fridge full of different beers and soft drinks which were extremely good value, especially as we wanted to enjoy the property and surroundings. We are already planning a return visit. We will surely make this our base when visiting family close by. Thank you for the great hospitality, breakfast was amazing and I would very much recommend Herman’s special toast. Delicious😋

Everything was great

We really enjoy our stay at this hotel. It is beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were very kind. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations—we can’t wait to return!

The breakfast was great. Specialty from the host was lovely and a big selection of fresh fruit cheeses and cold meats. The hosts were also lovely and made us feel very welcome. The place itself was amazing clean and chic feel to it. We had a spacious room with a comfy bed and balcony, which we would sit on of a morning watching the horses graze in the paddock. Lots of nice hikes close by. Highly recommend this place.

The only downside was there is not much close by food wise for evening meal. The rest i must say was amazing.

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. So homely and the attention to detail in the decoration, service, food and general setting was out of this world. Such lovely hosts and everything was so clean and well loved. Thank you for making us feel so welcome in a beautiful part of Belgium 🇧🇪 p.s. the special fried toast with egg, tomato and bacon was utter culinary wizardry! We will be back xx

Location was perfect for our purpose. But we could not enjoy the view as we arrived late and left very early. Because of this we could also not enjoy our breakfast, but the host made us a to go bag with some sandwiches and water

Exceptionally friendly staff and clean. Great location in the nature, bit close to Brussels. Due to a mixup at a car rental company I couldn’t get the car I reserved, so I used public transport to get there. In the evening, after asking the owner to order me a taxi to the event I was attending, she just drove me there herself!

Delicious breakfast. Very welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Recommend at the highest level. Peaceful and very comfortable. Off the beaten track. Beautifully built, clean beyond belief. Can't wait to stay again.

everything is made with love! from the decoration to the breakfast… you immediately feel at home. make sure you try the chef‘s special breakfast eggs, they are amazing! we stayed there after doing the Harry Potter Forest experience, which is only 5 minutes away.
