Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast was bountiful and delicious, with abundant fresh fruit and juices. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite that was perfect for our family needs to sleep 4 and have a large common area. The location was central to government and foreign buildings and restaurants. The hotel was adjacent to a taxi stand, so it was easy to find a ride. We were a short walk from the 30m tall Amazon statue and park, and we were able to walk to several restaurants. The area around the hotel was clean and safe.

I loved everything about the property. From being 5 minutes from the airport, a 10 minute walk to Obama Beach, and having Hertz onsite; to the wonderful meals with music on Friday’s and highly professional and courteous staff. Also, the IT staff is amazing, from quickly resolving an issue with my key, to ensuring that each guest receives an individual login credential that logs our periodically. An Al around well run establishment.

The spa personnel did not speak English.

the concierge desk was helpful from the beginning. I contacted them thru the website and in a matter of 24hrs, the transfers and tours were done. The tour company is KOOABO. the transfers and tours were arranged with them. Thanks for Edward, Miranda, Grace for a wonderful tour day tour to Ouidah. the restaurant was great and the food very fresh.

nothing, everything was much better than other big names hotels.

The cleaning staff was very nice and cleaned our room daily.

The number of towels provided for a couple. I had to specially request additional towels. Also, sponges or wash clothes were not provided. This may be due to a cultural thing. But, most hotels provide this in America.

Varied breakfast with several options. I enjoyed the coconut and fruits (although could have a larger selection). Croissants and baguette fresh. Good location, walking distance to the Amazone statue. Very good fish and shrimps. Compliments to the chef! Nice shop in the lobby with local products and from other African countries. Also staff helped with providing a power converter.

At the reception did not have cash to exchange. In the lobby the ATM did not work. Swimming pool is not only for the hotel guests.

Everything was perfect. The room was nice and clean, the staff very professional and helpful, the breakfast delicious. Great pool and gym, very good restaurant.

Need a bigger and faster toaster at breakfast. For two days in a row, no one collected the inroom breakfast ticket despite what is communicated

The fact that you cant bring in food or microwave your food.breakfast was inclusive in our booking though but we went out and got some food n snacks ,got back and told the kitchen staff to help microwave but said was prohibited....that was not fair. What if i dont like what you have in your restaurant

Nice property, especially its interior design. Clean, comfortable rooms with all comforts. Staff at entrance (security and luggage) and at the restaurant/bar very professional and friendly. Plant based drinks available at the restaurant for breakfast.

Breakfast should be included in the price considering the cost of a room per night. No gluten free options (e.g, bread or pastries) available for breakfast. Staff at the reception was not so nice.
