The breakfast was excellent; lots of good selection. Nice to eat out by the pool. Try the guayaba tart! The bed was very comfortable. I had a pool view from the 3rd or 4th floor which was really nice. Even though there was a little pool party at one point, I could not hear noise in my room. Air conditioning worked great. Great shower with plenty of pressure and steady hot water. Room service was speedy.

The room smelled a little musty/ damp. The WiFi was spotty. There was construction going on in the room one or two doors down which was annoying for several hours of the day. I tried for two days to reserve a massage and never got through to anyone. Check-out was a little hectic; prepare to wait as everyone is trying to get to the airport at the same time and there is only one check-out person.

Great location and super friendly staff. The hotel also has a great gym and spa. Nice pool and facilities. The staff made us feel very welcome and were accommodating.

During the booking process, there was no mention of an additional charge for bringing our pet. We were informed of this fee only upon check-in, which was quite inconvenient. Had we known about this policy in advance, we might have chosen a different hotel that does not impose such charges for being pet-friendly. This situation was disappointing, as we were left with no choice but to pay the extra fee to avoid a substantial cancellation penalty. We would appreciate it if you could address this issue and ensure that such information is clearly communicated to future guests.

We booked this hotel for it's location and it did not disappoint. It was very easy to walk to restaurants and attractions. The pool and other facilities were very nice. Breakfast was great- we did not eat dinner at the hotel so I cannot comment on the restaurant in the hotel. The staff was kind enough to call us taxis when we needed one and to let us store our bags on our last day since our flight was late in the afternoon.

The hotel itself was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, excellent facilities, nice pool, great breakfasts.

So this is where it gets weird. When we arrives, the guy at reception said they had a problem with bookings.com (not likely, I have been chatting with the hotel through the app) they said our room was no longer available, but theyncould send us to another 4 star hotel not far away and they would foot the bill. We weren't happy, but after a long day of travel, we just wanted to crash. The other hotel was not even comparable. I called and said this was not acceptable and they booked us back into our original room for the remaining 2 nights of our stay. Very strange. Also, one other frustration. They have a crew doing construction on the roof right above our room which was not great when our baby needed to nap.

The staff were wonderful good facilities and easy access to the city for walking around. Some good restaurants were close by as well.

It was winter and the halls and breakfast room were cold. One thing I discovered about Tarija in general is insulating windows and doors are not common.

It had a Full sauna steam and dry and proper size gym and two pools outside pool was gorgeous. Staff was friendly and made an effort to assist

Size of room was extremely small for price and shower leaked out to toilet area. Also very tight space bathroom. Friday there must have been a club two doors down and since balcony door doesn’t have a proper seal it was very loud.

The breakfast was ok, there was a lot of really good fruit. The room was clean and our housekeeper was quite nice and thorough.

The bed was not comfortable.

rooms were outdated and in need of some updates, but they had already started this process by replacing some windows on an entire floor

The place was great, the room, the pool, the sauna, the food, the staff.

Maybe this was a one time thing. The last breakfast there were a lot of football players and they finished some of the food. I was hoping the food to the replenish as it ran out, but that never happened. So, guests who came to have breakfast after that did not get to eat what it is supposed to be available.

The people - super easy to communicate with. Shirley texted us beforehand by Whatsapp to see if we needed anything, which we did (airport transport, storage for friends). Then Luis at the front desk helped us coordinate leaving our bags while we went camping for a few days.

It's a bit noisy at night but if you want to be in the center of town, you should expect that.
