The Hotel is small scale, rooms are modern, very clean and fresh, very comfortable. The beds were great, I slept very well. The breakfast was very good wit lots of options and very organized. I received a warm welcome by Neda, she was very friendly and she helped me with all my questions and arrangements, amazing service, thank you Neda! Can highly recommend this place, everything was great!

I really liked this hotel. Location was excellent with a lovely walk to the city centre. The room was so comfortable best bed i have had in Bosnia with lots of pillows. The breakfast was a lovely start to the day. The staff were super friendly especially Nada. She is so good at her job. A friendly smile . There was also a young guy on reception at night who was very smily and friendly. By far the friendliest hotel in Bosnia. Recommend this hotel and the price is excellent

Nice and cosy hotel. Breakfast is ok, with little amendments like black tea or choice of fruits could be even better. The room was fine, bed is comfortable. It would be nice to have 1-2 bottles of drinking water for the guest. The lobby bar is a smoking area which is a bit strange for someone coming from Germany, - smoking is still very popular in Bosnia. To sum up, the hotel meets expectations andis worth the money.

A bit poor choice for breakfast, no black tea, fruits were few and not refilled; no drinking water in the room; smoking is allowed in the lobby bar - at cold weather non-smokers are forced to breathe the smoke.

The optimal location to explore Banja Luka. For us, the orthodox cathedral (Saborni Hram Hrista Spasitelia), pedestrian zone and Kastel were all within walking distance (we enjoyed to walk along villas with gardens, throug the Mladen Stojanovic park, and in the shadow of trees placed along the Mladen Stojanovic avenue..). We also saw a bus running there in case you want to take that ... The hotel is located in a side lane wich is also a dead end road, absolutely calm, there is plenty of parking space in front of the hotel and even a garage (which is not included in the fare) and we used that during the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every possible way and they speak english! The room was very comfortable and clean, the sight was great. Breakfast also was fine!

I was impressed by the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The breakfast was buffet-style, offering selection of dishes, and there was never a shortage of food or coffee.

It’s hard to point out anything I really didn’t like. Perhaps I expected a slightly larger room and a bit more peace and quiet. In the evening and at night, music could be heard from the bar downstairs, but to be fair, I stayed at the hotel during the New Year holidays.
