Big rooms and clean bathroom, lovely staff at the front desk both at night during our arrival and in the morning when we left.

Buffet breakfast is nothing to write home about, especially for 6 euros, but useful if you don't have food with you. Pillow were WAY too big for my liking, with 2 pillows options, but of the same height. May be good to offer a "flatter" option...

Everything but breakfast was to praise. Concierge deserves special praise. He is highly motivated, extremely outgiving and beyond expectations.

Breakfast is a disaster. They don't serve buffet breakfast which is standard for this area. Instead they give you list of couple of meals and you choose one meal and one drink. You can't have orange juice and coffe in breakfast price. Choose one. Even bigger problem is that from moment I sat down to moment I received my meal passed exactly 25 minutes. Unacceptable for a hotel of that level. Waiter has attitude problems and has a great room for improvement in communication skills.

Hotel just opened, so still looks very nice and new. Spacious and nice room. Good a la carte breakfast included. Staff very helpful. Easily changed our room on request (due to street noise) and went out of their way to help with getting us from the airport. Big grocery store with great smoothies and pizza slices closeby.

First room we got had quite a lot of street noise, this was much better with a quiet room. Quite far away from city centre. Buses available and cheap, but no clear schedule available and very infrequent times.

Hotel is very good, having own restaurant, free parking, good and stabile Wi-Fi internet, clean rooms. Located on main road, easy to find, easy access.

Rooms was oriented toward main street - little bit noisy when you open terrace door. No problem in winter period. Breakfast was below my expectations, in comparison with other impressions in the hotel.

I asked for a vegan breakfast option before but had to ask at the hotel again, and they didn't provide one after I extended my stay. (I only wanted soy milk) Also for vegetarians, breakfast wasn't very good, e.g. there were no fruit half the time. Generally, there were things like spoons missing all the time. But staff was very nice so you just had to ask for it.

Rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious. Bed was really comfortable. There are various options for the breakfast every day. The hospitality and kindness of hotel employees is on a high level. All recommendations to this property.

This is a modern hotel close to the bus station. It was not very close to the center but we traveled by public bus very easily. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room and the bathroom were very modern, clean and comfortable. Overall we had a great stay.

Restaurant staff not keen to let me order a meal, even though it was 10 mins before they close the kitchen. They relented. Lift was a little erratic.

The hotel staff are all very friendly and the room very clean, breakfast small but everything was arranged in a nice and organized way, very good. The restaurant downstairs offers very good food, which is a nice surprise.

Staff was outstanding. Property is modern, clean, comfortable. Great location if someone prefers to be close to bus/railways station as I did. Easy access to city center too.

Breakfast was good. Adding more regional specialties would make it superb.
