Modern room and bathroom, clean and well kept. Excellent location right in the centre and close to the fortress. Private parking is a plus.

For breakfast they served basically only salty options, when we asked for something sweet they had nothing to offer. Espresso and cappuccino were not included in the breakfast, is an extra cost.

Excellent location. Right in the center of the city. Everything is literally just a couple of steps away. The room was very clean and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic with many cheeses and excellent meat options to choose from. They even had great vegeies and fruit that were fresh and tasty. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I will be back when I'm in Banja Luka

I liked everything about my stay

We were very impressed - first of all with service, decor, gowns and slippers in the room. Breakfast was cut above many 5 star places we've been to. Proper home made smoothies, freshly made ustipci, high quality smoked meat, cheese. Location is super central, yet you can get a quiet room. I got an amazing price with my genious discount and I will certainly only book here when back in Banja Luka. A true 5 star experience. Congratulations to everybody involved. :)

Nothing to put here - everything was beyond my expectations.

Location super central within easy reach of the fortress Kastel and the river Vrbas, parks. Many restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity as is the post office, banks, etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable and bathroom compact but nice and has even a built-in bidet faucet in the wc.

The bathroom could be a bit larger

Hotel was very centrally located in a nice safe area. The staff was nice and helped me navigate around the city (which is not too big). The room was clean and large enough.

The walls are not too great with the soundproofing so you could faintly hear others in the hotel. It was not too bad though and it would not prevent me from staying there again. If you are a good sound sleeper than no worries. If you are a light sleeper than maybe bring some ear plugs. It's not too bad though. Also the breakfast buffet was ok but nothing great.

very good hotel in the heart of Banja Luka, superfriendly staff and comfy beds, would highly recommend it... i was there 5 nights and enjoyed it a lot... also they have very good coffee in the restaurant

it didnt bother me personally, but apparently there is a club in the basement which is open friday & saturday... so if you are sensitive to noise and are planning to stay over friday/saturday, i would recommend to ask for a quiet room...

The location is perfect, you reach all attractions on foot. There are many cafes and restaurants around the place, and you can enjoy your coffee in the open air. The stuffs are so nice and good-tempered. The rooms and dining room are clean also there is an electrical kettle in the room so I could make tisane and tea on my own.

excellent location. staff was very kind and helpful. the room and the bathroom were sparkling clean and breakfast included was very good. convenient parking in the garage.

the shower was very small. bathroom supplies very limited. only had a shower gel. bed squeaky. all in all the hotel was very good, but to my judgment it was not a 4 star hotel. perhaps 3.5.

All together a very good valu for the price. Good location in the center of the city. Spacious, clean room equiped with all what needed. Good breakfast (with some room for improvement). Friendly staff.

Parking quite far away from and is a problem when you have a lot of luggage (ca.100 m).

The hotel is located in the center of the city, with big rooms and free private parking. The hotel is populated with Zepter air cleaner appliances on every room and every lobby. Very good breakfast with a lot of dishes from which you can choose.

The bathroom is quite small and the furniture and all the facilities are quite old.
