Good breakfast and dinner, but almost the same food each day. Good location, close to the sea.

You have to pay for the beach towels garantie 10 euro/each. Sunbed and umbrella is again 5 euro each on the beach of the hotel. The bathroom doesn't have ventilation, so an unpleasant smell is coming in the room.

we loved the fact that everything is close by, the room was super clean the cleaning ladies come by each day the entire restaurant staff is very friendly there is a big variety of foods but I did expect more seafood overall we got to know our way around and we did enjoy our stay

the check in is rushed you get a fast brief down of things and then you get lost we read there is room service but the front desk didn’t tell us about it the room has a phone with no ext directions we would have loved room service the pools were colder then expected you only get 1 key to your room,it operates the power in your room in order to charge your phone you can’t leave your room as it requires the card to charge. it’s energy efficient but also inconvenient. The WIFI is poor on the first floor the mini fridge was empty I didn’t expect that we drove a few hrs to get there it would have been nice to find cold water at least while getting ready to go out. I do hope the hotel management considers adding refreshments for guests as people travel with kids.

We did half-board, and both breakfast and dinner are good. Lots of options, and compared to the last time we stayed there, there were several new options. The sauna and semi-indoor pool are great options for rainy days or if the sun is too strong to be on the beach. The hotel has a nice cool tune that goes from the bottom floor to a probably 100-meter walk to the water's edge.

The bed was VERY uncomfortable this time. It is time to change that mattress. Dinner does not include drinks, like breakfast does, so you either go thirsty or pay a lot for a drink. The hotel has separate locker rooms for men and women for the gym/pool/sauna, but there were often women in the men's area, which was odd and somewhat uncomfortable.

It was at a good place with a great view

First you get no drink inclusive at the dinner(you have to pay) shame. The pool corners were moldy and not really clean. Staff is not really pleasant, but definetely the people at the restaurant were great, especially to the kids. And the thing that lacks are acces to boiled water all night because of the formula feeding children and the chairs at the private balcony. It was such a pain to sit on them every night because they are so unconfortable. And last, the sunbath matts at the beach which we had to pay for, even if its from the hotel. I mean its a good hotel, but it has some lacks.

The hotel provided a very appealing variety of services and activities. Self serve breakfast is a very welcome one, providing a wide selection of breakfast food items to choose from, making breakfast very enjoyable. The pools available across the various floors of the hotel provide good options for those seeking alternatives to swimming in the ocean, with the rooftop moon pool providing a freshwater swimming environment and memorable view over the edge, and the salt water lane pool on the lower level offering an experience similar that of sea water, with the bonus of having a retractable glass roof for rainy weather, and sauna facilties nearby.

Its difficult to find areas where I had not enjoyed my time at the hotel, which leads me to mostly nitpicks about my stay. The main issue worth noting is the distance from the hotel access to the beach. While it is technically only a short walk, the fact that it is on a significant incline leads to the necessity of using stairs to walk up and down from the access tunnel, which can be difficult after an exhaustive swim. Other issues would be the room air conditioning being unable to detect the balcony door being sealed properly, leading to the air conditioner not activating until it is turned off and on again. However, the latter issue remains somewhat miniscule.

I really liked the options for dinner. Very closed to the beach. There is a tunnel that brings you to the beach. The chocolate at the breakfast is amazing. It’s creamy. Looks like it’s a real homemade chocolate when it’s actually from the machine. 💖😊 The room was bigger than I expected.

I think the staff is overwhelmed, too many customers. So when you arrive at the restaurant, they are so busy, they don’t guide you to a table but as soon as you sit on a table by yourself, they ask you to move. Keep in mind that if you are not all-inclusive, the drink for lunch and dinner are not included (it’s included in the breakfast though). It’s about 3.5 euros for a small bottle of juice (20 ml). So may be, it’s better to take all-inclusive option, especially if you drink a lot of bottled water etc.

Big hotel with several pools, and rooftop is the best one with beautiful view. Free lounge chairs at pools are great, and you can always find it... Parts of the hotel are renovated, and elevators are new and quick. Huge benefit are elevators to the beach connected with tunnel. Rooms clean, regularly maintened. Overall, it's a good hotel...

Bar staff!!! Hope that somebody will read this and do something about it! Bar near reception, not busy time, waiters sitting,, and they will not serve you for 15-20minutes (had this several times) until you got to them and ask, then you wait again, then they miss the order... Or evenings, live music on hotel terrace, you can sit for 20min nobody will come and serve you. For this kind of hotel and especially for the prices of drinks which are high for BiH (4.5 euros draft beer) it must be way better service. Beach overcrowded with hotel chairs (you need pay extra for them) but that seems as standard in Neum. Hotel parking- it can be found but usually really narrow and crazy, or to park on the road near hotel

Big resort but we had very quiet room and not so many people around if you choose little bit different timing than bigger groups. There is beach in walking distance so you have to buy sun lounger and we used loungers during the whole day so it was OK to leave the beach and come back later. There is big parking place but it was quite full but we managed to find place and everything solved.

At breakfast there were big groups and it as pretty crowded. There are long corridors to walk but it was not problem at all!

The pools & the sauna, staff was nice for the most part

The fact that they took the all inclusive option away, drinks at dinner had to be payed for even if you paid for dinner service , drinks were not included. This is terrible. One sparkling water and one cola zero was 11 marks , ridiculous.. and when you ask the staff about purchasing the all inclusive option they all become very shady and try and persuade you to not get it or tell you it doesnt exist anymore… but the waiters say it does…
