I liked the price and quality. The food was good and also good prices. People at the reception were friendly as well.
We couldn’t find the hangers for the clothes in the room, we had to ask for them in the reception. And the hotel’s location is not the best, around hotel there are not a lot of places to eat, so you would expect that the restaurant would be working until late, but they had events every night and didn’t serve food for the hotel guests even though they were not completely full and that was very disappointing, we were forced to go buy junk food to the nearest gas station.

•spacious rooms and bathrooms •very clen and the most comfortable beds, pillows and blankets •at the reception was a lady very very polite who speaks English- the staff didy speak English but were nice and patient to work it out.

Constantly improving facilities and amenities on a good transport link between Sarajevo and Central Bosnia. Great friendly staff, excellent menu in restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere.
Some drainage problems in the lower level rooms, but rapidly fixed.

It's good to advertise possibilities for additional facilities. Where taxis can be arranged, same day laundry services.

Very nice hotel and restaurant, great rooms aircondition tv with international channels, large beds. helpful personel, quick respons if any needs. outside the hotel is a god panoramic view of green hills.
not much, a busy road near the hotel, not that noisy.

Nice small hotel with comfortable beds and friendly staff. They have big and free parking. It was my second time here and will definitely come back again.

Convenient location and very friendly staff, clean rooms.
Choosing glossy tile for walk-in shower needs to be reconsidered, as it is really slippery when wet. But it is like that in some other hotels aa well.

the air conditioner is automatically set to low level blowing of cold air. quite hot in the room

We have been in Hotel IN third time, because of the business trip. Great and clean rooms. Towels changed every day. Food in restaurant very very very delicious especially the beef steak <3 People working there are very nice and helpful. Thank you for this nice time in your hotel!
