The view was amazing, and Thomas at the bar was the best bartender ever.

The staff was very helpful. For some reason my card was declined but I did not know about that until checkin. The staff checked me in anyway, Suppsedly in a better room. Otherwise the staff was professional and semi-friendly. Except the bartender at the pool, Thomas. He was acceptional (just like other reviewers have noted. The room was very large and comfortable with good views.

The room could use some updating. The hotel could use a kitchen so we did not always have to go looking for food. Althogh it was good to get out and about, I suppose.

surprised how friendly the staff were, all spoke English as well, very helpful the room was very big, could have done with a small sofa/chair, or table a 2 chairs as there was nowhere to sit in the room, balcony had two wicker chairs and small glass topped table though.

some general maintenance needs to be done, example light hanging off in outside small whirl pool, exposed wiring, decking has to be looked at, easy to trip in some places if not carefyl.

The breakfast was great! It was very complete with all possible options and when possible we could ask for eggs.

The only thing that could have been better is the restaurant: it is not a restaurant for lunch or dinner, only snacks and breakfast. That makes us leave the hotel to find a restaurant which isn't any bad because we had a car. But for people who don't have car or taxi available it is quite difficult to find a good restaurant around.

Staffs are great. They are not just friendly but attentive and helpful. If you have a car the location is very good because ver easy to come and go.

The room's curtain need a blackout

The view s great from pretty much any room! They have free parking, and after we checked out, we still could borrow towels to go to the beach and use the Spa showers after the day at the beach.

When we arrived the access was close, there was nobody at the front desk, and nobody answered the phone. Luckily after ~ 20 min, somebody showed up.

Staff working at the bar were incredible efficient always in a good mood very caring and smart.

Main desk female employee not really answering many doubts as giving general information and not putting much effort in trying to find out when she didn’t know . I think regular cleaning and sanitising in common areas as restaurant should improve . tables with crumbs / gel alcohol dispenser empty etc . Also if breakfast times are arranged before hand food should be ready by the time being.

Loved the view! What a pleasure it was waking up each morning to see a vast sky and blue ocean. Also loved the day beds around the pool and the hot tub in our room was just the cherry on the cake!

Unfortunately our toilet kept leaking water onto the floor, but when we told staff they said they'd get right on it.

Super location, pool and balconies with amazing views. Great Bar staff.
