The staff were really nice and friendly; the two boys on reception Bruno, and Gustavo, are a credit to their Company. The two young men could not help me enough; assisting with local information about trips etc, which also included; Bruno, arranging my return trip to Rio; as I did not speak any Portuguese. I would not hesitate to book this hotel if ever I return

At the beach a Company called QUIOSQUEDO NAVEGANTES tried to charge me 300 Rs (£60) for a bottle of water and a portion of chips. I was shocked at this price the bill should have only come to about 30 Rs; it was clear I was being robbed by a unscrupulous owner. I informed the hotel with regard to the above statement; hopefully they will Warn other guests about this unscrupulous man.

The staff is very friendly, the room is large enough with a small but nice balcony, breakfast is good and the restaurant has good options, besides a daily menu. The mini bar was complete, with options of drinks and water. The boat cruise suggested by the hotel (Arraial Tour) is the best in town and you can book in the front desk.

The towels were not changed during our 2 days stay and the parking cost (very reasonable - R$ 40, by the way) was not mentioned in the hotel site.

The best with Mediterrane Hotel was Ana Maria, the girl who works at the reception. She explained me everything about the place Arraial do Cabo, and where and what I should see. I simply got a friend for life ❤️ So, Mediterrane I have to give you credit for that :) Btw, she is an amazing Buggy driver ☺️

I liked the proximity of the hotel to the beach and other restaurants. It also has a nice pool, with a view.

The gym/work-out room was nice to have, but it felt makeshift and had very little equipment available. Again, something is better than nothing and for the price I think the room was well worth it.

the location, it is near to prainha, however, if you want to visit the other beaches, and the nightlife street, you have to use your car or Uber.

The staff was amazing. The young man at the front desk was great, super accommodating, and very professional. The facilities were exactly how we had expected, and we'd come back again, without a doubt!

Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety and staff was very friendly. Marcos, the valet driver, was especially helpful and friendly. We would definitely go back to this hotel next time we are in Arraial do Cabo.

The breakfast has a big variety of choices. The room was spacious and bed comfy.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and I waited almost 40 minutes to finalise my check in. My original room did not have hot shower, but I appreciated they gave me a new one. While being close to the beach, there are no restaurants or cafes nearby.

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, clean and comfortable beds + spacious room. Really good value for money.

Clean hotel, great location close to one of the many beaches. Good Wifi, ample parking nearby if not using the paid parking.

Nothing really to dislike.
