Boutique hotel with just few rooms. Room is a bit small but with good decoration. Very comfortable and quiet. Restaurant was a pleasant surprise, several affordable wine options from local wineries. Breakfast also delicious. Staff on restaurant above average. Thanks to our waiter Joao.

A little far from city, restaurants in the vicinity are closed for dinner. Be prepared to have a designated driver on the way back from dinner.

The room is super beautiful and cozy, with lot of amenities to make you feel pampered . They offer different experiences to help you enjoy nature ( ie. Fireplaces, stars watch moment at night, etc) The food at the restaurant is great, specially breakfast. Staff gave us great tips to enjoy our stay in Bento.

Hard to say, but they can improve their internal communication to avoid confusions . We got a present from my sister in law that should have been delivered at dinner that ended up delivered later creating some confusion. They can also consider adding a bath tub in the garden, to enjoy a hot bath looking at the beautiful sky

The check-in with Patrick was amazing. He helped us plan our three day itinerary and made some great recommendations! Fantastic attention to detail. All of the staff was very attentive. The staff was by far the highlight of our stay. We also liked the free mini bar and the nightly outdoor bonfires.

There wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like, however, we found the room a bit noisy. We could hear the people in the room above us. We had to play white noise on our iPad to drown them out so we could sleep. The exterior of the hotel is a bit junky: random air conditioning units, pipes, and huge silver water tank all visible. There were also three bath tubs being stored by the side of the hotel.

The location is perfect. It's exactly what we were looking for. In the middle of a beautiful landscape, very peaceful, quiet. And close to restaurants and wines regions. Simply perfect The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are awesome, beautifully decorated and very comfortable But, what is really makes the difference is the superb attention from the personal. Thanks Patrick, Tainá, Jusara, and everyone in the house. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for an unforgettable stay !!!

The Staff, specially Patrick was extremmely friendly and kind during our stay at Lote 20. A brand new facility, with excellent location, at Caminho das Pedras, embracing the guests with a positive and welcoming energy.

Travelling during Pandemic is always a challenge and there are things we would have done different, but if I were to complain about anything I´d be very unfair to the hotel and mostly to the staff. Not a thing to be changed.

Beautiful accommodation, with everything you need. The staff is very kind and detail-oriented. we felt at home! Breakfast is hearty and delicious. We loved feeding Bernardinho and Priscilla 😍

It was an exceptional experience, beyond all our expectations. The attention from the staff at every single detail makes this place an excellent stay. Don’t miss the ‘time of the stars’ when they turn off all the lights and the sky lights up.

All was perfect

Everything is so customised to our taste, every little gift, the chocolates and petals and balloons in our bed at our arrival, the tea pot every night, so adorable. We were received with a wonderful glass of Chardonnay. The breakfast is wonderful, fresh fruit, fresh bread, goat milk yogurt, charcuterie, fresh coffee... The spa service is also soooo relaxing. The room is very clean and comfortable and the decor is so tasteful, the bed is wonderful, and the bathtub is very relaxing. The surroundings are very calm an quiet, every morning we were awake by birds and sheep’s sounds.

Hard to tell what could be better. Maybe an elevator, mostly for the luggage, because the staff was really available to help us carry ours.
