The quadruple room was very good, spacious, and clean. The parking spaces in front of the rooms were also a very good for those with kids.
The staff was insufficient and untrained, specially in the pool area. where the service was absolutely terrible The room service was also terrible and my wife and kids had diarrhea caused by food poisoning after eating the room services' french fries and nuggets. They say that the hotel is about 800 meters from the city center, that's not true and also, because the hotel is on the top of a mountain, it's not possible to come and go by foot. The internet service is also inexistent.

no easy access to room, the bedroom not was nice and have a strange smell. not seem clean and the blanket was outside a plastic. Don’t have soup on bathroom . poor variety to eat in restaurant. I needed do check out at 6am and I ask 3 times and don’t have possibility even to give a coffee and some bread. is very expensive for poor accommodation ….0
