Amazing breakfast! 24 hours front desk, super staff and beautiful grounds. Close walk to the beach in a super safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants.

The Front Office staff were exceptional. Daniel in particular was so helpful and supportive. No request was too much trouble. The Food and Beverage Staff and Housekeeping should also receive an honourable mention.

Our stay could not have been better.

The facilities are spacious and nicely organized.

This might be a Florianópolis problem, but everything the room felt wet from the humidity. The breakfast selection was good, but the flavors were a bit bland.

Pleasant place, in the middle of nature and with practicality in its structure.

The chalet's kitchen could be better equipped and the facilities could be a little more comfortable.

Receptionist was not very polite during Check in. Nobody showed us the facilities and didn't even accompanied us to our room (which was in another building)

Great place to stay with pets. Huge place to relax. Very nice and clean pool. A lot of space for the whole family. The stuff is great and very friendly. Definitely we will be back here.

The sandwich toaster got broken and was not replaced in the next days.

Breakfast is well served, lots options. Very pleasant. The place is beautiful.

My room was not cleaned. I can assure that form the moment I entered, due to an impression that the floor was slippery. AS I could notice, it wasn't clean properly , they didn't wash up the bathroom for sure. Only thing they took care is linen, bed and towels. I have to ask for toilet paper more than once, since they didn't care about it. Very disappointed with all that lack of hygiene.

The manager after a long conversation and stressing time, gave me a better room.

I did a reservation to a room on second floor with view to the garden. They gave me a first floor room on back of the building, with bad smell of strong cleaning product, it was dark, window locker was broken and a container of dirty laundry on the way and garbage. I was very disappointed and asked for my money back. I didn’t want to stay there. After a long conversation with manager, they gave me a better room, but it wasn’t a good experience after traveling for long hours. Also they couldn’t give money back because my reservation was done through Booking. Com.

Room not well maintained. Not clean. Bathroom sink was not good (too small and not properly fixed). shower place had a lot of mold.

I stayed at this hotel because it was near my Florianópolis family. I arrived from the USA on August 7, 2024, to go to Porto Alegre. The airport in Porto Alegre was destroyed due to the May 2024 flooding. I need to relax 1 night to be able to get the bus to Porto Alegre the next day. The staff was very helpful. However, the room had a very bad smell and was with difficult access from the reception to the room. Was a very bad place to stop for relaxing before have a 6 hours trip by bus from Florianópolis to Porto Alegre.
