It was just about what you would expect from a 4* hotel at this (lower) price range. Spacious rooms, well furnished. Helpful, professional staff. It's located downtown (uphill). There were critics about that the hotel is in need of renovations. I hope they don't, because that would double the price!

The windows. They are low and have no security whatsoever. And the drop is deep!( i was on 8th floor). I wouldn't want to stay there with a young child. One minor inconvenience is that there are no electrical outlets near the beds.

The staff is always kind, polite and helpful. The place is nicely clean. The breakfast is the Brazilian continental type with fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, sausages in tomato sauce, different kinds of breads and cakes, yogurt and grains, coffee and teas. We had an excellent view of the city centre from our windows and balcony and there was a warm welcoming sunshine inside the room during the afternoon.

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near everything in town and the accommodations were pretty decent. The standard single room (902) has a good size and a nice outside view. Breakfast staff did a good job keeping everything clean and organized.

1 - Room 902 is very good but the walls are very thin. I could hear both neighbors while they were watching tv or talking on the phone. It`s not an issue for me, but some people may find it very annoying. 2 - The room was very clean and well organized thanks to the stateroom attendant, but maybe the bathroom tiles should have been changed a while ago. It`s becoming dark and there`s some mold that cannot be removed with regular chemicals. It`s not the stateroom attendant`s fault, that`s something they cannot deal with, it has to be replaced. 3 - Breakfast is very well organized and the food options were perfect for what I needed. It bothers me that some of the guests were not respecting the rules and they were touching everything without gloves.

Hotel very clean, following all the Covid safe measures. Staff very attentive and friendly. Room had a nice view, wifi was good, breakfast was decent, nice variety. Location is great, in the heart of the downtown area.

During the breakfast the staff was always very fast replacing the items, they were also very busy doing everything they could to keep things in order, but it was hard for them to keep an eye on the guests. Many guests were not using the plastic gloves at the buffet and twice I've seen guests approaching the food stations without their masks.

AC didn't work. I would have needed it to warm the room up before getting out of bed. There was a historic cold spell those days. Still it wouldn't be a deal breaker.

location pretty much central, close to the Praça XV, and Church. Breakfast was the only point a little hard, no tables, but it´s the only thing that was missing. Large room, large and comfortable bed, TV, all working well, ar conditioning too. Toilet and shower large, hot and strong water. Nice wardrobe, Refrigerator with a few drinks. To me was a great stay.

I really hated to wear mask all the time, even inside the hotel, and on the streets when i was alone, distant from anyone! It´s a real bad bad thing!!! Weather was great, sunny. Now going back home finally, where i don´t need to wear masks.

The breakfast was really good! The ladies who work in the dining room are very polite they are always in a very good mood giving to every guest a strong "Good Morning" also the staff from the front desk are very nice and they care a lot about all the guests

the last day the internet was a bit weak.

The staff is awesome. I told the lady from the dining room about my last day in the Hotel and they made my favorite cake! Staff from the dinning room and front desk are really focus in the guests.

The blackout curtains were old and they do not cover correctly the whole window.

It is very good value for the money for being a 4 star hotel! No complaints 🍃
