Good location surrounded by several restaurants. Clean spacious room.

The hotel recommended their travel agents to book tours. The agents have their desk inside the hotel lobby. We trusted the hotel’s advise and booked a tour through them only to learn later that they charged us three times the usual cost of that tour if you book outside!! It was a daylight robbery! Be careful and don’t book through the travel agents in the hotel - they will fleece you!

Lovely hotel, reception staff very friendly and helpful at all times. They have tourist desk if you need to book tours etc. The room itself seems a bit dated, but clean and comfortable nonetheless. The AC was very good and welcome in the hot weather. Bathroom was clean and facilities all in working order. The pool was lovely! A handful of deckchairs to relax on and even access to the next doors hotel 3 jacuzzis! Breakfast buffet was absolutely brilliant! Kept us full until dinner for the time we were there! 5 min walk to bus terminal which is ideal to access most tourist attractions nearby for cheap!

Absolutely nothing, I loved everything about the hotel.

The location was excellent because I was sick and next to and in front of the hotel there was a pharmacy, plus we could walk to some restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, many options, all tasty and also with a terrace in case we wanted to eat outside. The pool and jacuzzis are a great addition to have a relaxing day at the hotel and almost no guests use them. A large and comfortable lobby area to wait for an Uber.

The staff at the front desk is not so friendly, we asked for help to order a cab and they could not solve us, finally we better order an Uber on our own, but also was not proactive to open the door of the hotel, seeing us that we needed to leave, until we told him to open the door, he did it. We were in a room facing the stairs and we could hear noise every time someone passed by. The toilet was clogged, however we reported it and when we returned in the evening it had been fixed.

Very good breakfast, staff was amazing, accommodating small requests. Cleaning and overall organisation was just perfect. Hotel located in a very lively region of town, with the benefits and problems that it brings. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were very nice, with extra towels being provided at reception.b at conditioning in the room was just perfect (and essential in Foz do Iguaçu)

Some of the facilities are not the shiniest or newest, but it's a family run hotel and it doesn't detract from the overall experience

Hotel is in a good position and everything was according to the description. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was a bit cold, but we could use the Jacuzzis from the hotel beside and they were warm and relaxing. Waterfalls are pretty amazing and worth the whole trip!

Spotlessly clean room and hotel, good breakfast buffet, attentive and helpful staff, easy uber ride to Falls and airport. Rooms aren't fancy but clean and a comfortable place to sleep.

Pool. Jacuzzis. Very central location- on the main street in Foz’s center and close to the main bus terminal. Breakfast - really really really good! A lot of options and very tasty!

Furniture on the old side. Bathroom slightly dirty - mainly with strings of hair from previous guests

Good location, big room, price quality ratio is good. Breakfast buffet was very good. Very close to the local public bus station from where you can take bus to the falls - bus nr 120, BRL 5.

Located in the center, very close to the central bus station with connection to the falls and to Argentina. Very rich breakfast.

The facilities are old. For some weird reason, they only had hot water.
