The staff were all, without exception, absolutely lovely. The people on reception helped me so much with tips on where to go and how to get there. The restaurant staff were kind and attentive and one of the waiters spoke really good English. The porter was absolutely charming. And all the cleaning staff I bumped into in the corridors were friendly. I loved the restaurant. Delicious food and as I was travelling alone that was very helpful when I didn´t feel like being out and about. The location was perfect for me because I didn´t want to be in the hustle bustle of the centre.

I didn´t like that there were people playing music on their phones at the pool. I think there should be a notice up saying that is not allowed because it really spoils it for everyone else.

Very comfortable rooms, with large bed, power showers, decent WiFi and a small kitchenette. The breakfast was very good; lots of variety and good coffee. The staff were all very friendly. A great place to relax after the jungle.

The swimming pool was full of dead flies when we went to use it and the outside area is tiny. There's literally 5 sunbeds, so it gets full very quickly. The kitchenette would benefit from a kettle and some basic utensils. We had to ask for plates and cutlery; only 2 glasses, a fridge and microwave are provided. Most of the TVs are not smart and so not useful to non Portuguese speaking guests.

Hotel is in a quiet location with several restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance. You will need to take a taxi/Uber to get to the key sites of Manaus, but they are a short ride away. Staff are excellent - friendly, professional, proactive. Lovely rooftop swimming pool with views over the Puente Rio Negro - nice spot at sunset. Good breakfast.

Love this hotel! Super clean, comfy beds, great AC. My room even had a microwave. It’s also right next to a huge mall with food, pharmacies, stores, and clinics. My sister was sick and I was able to easily get her medicine and food without taking a taxi. Neighborhood feels very safe. I’ve also booked them for when I return from the Amazon. Huge thanks to all the staff - they were incredibly helpful and kind to us. Breakfast and room service were also great!

I was skeptical as the hotel was under construction. However, rooms were clean and COOL. No construction noise. Staff was super friendly. Restaurant was awesome! Had a huge beautiful breakfast buffet. It was super convenient to shopping.

Conveniently located as part of a local shopping mall, we were able to access “food court” style meals, not for everyone but acceptable.

There was a reasonable effort put into choices at breakfast, which is included in the tariff, but it fell a little short. There were four types of cold meat offered, all were ham. Various bread products on offer but no way to toast the bread. This did not impact our stay & should not be seen as a strong criticism.

Liked the location, facilities and overall amenities. Breakfast is good, but service has a lot of room for improvement. Staff is OK, but their attitude is passive and when asked they react very well. Room was very comfortable and large

The noise inside the rooms is terrible. The windows do not isolate external permanent noise. A/C position is not the best. I believe the lobby and the restaurant facilities are way too small for the size of the hotel

We loved staying here. The room was spacious, with a wonderful view and small balcony. Nice hair products. Wide array at breakfast. No problem with WiFi. Restaurants and food court at the mall behind the hotel if you don’t want to go far for lunch or dinner. The rooftop pool was very fun.

If you’re wanting to visit the city center of Manaus for tourism, you’re better off getting a hotel near the Opera House. But if tourism isn’t your #1 purpose, then the Millennium is quite nice.

Room is spacious and clean. It's a perfect place to enjoy a good stay after a few days in Amazon. A comfortable place to relax and the breakfast is also good. Shopping centre is next door which is good for taking lunches and dinners and get all necessary supplies before the trip.
