This was my third visit to the island and by far the best experience. Located right in the middle of Segunda Praia, we enjoyed the two swimming pools on the rooftop with a great bar. The bartenders Everton and Edilson mixed some of the best cocktails we encountered. We were grateful for some of the information about the island they gave us. We also liked the friendly staff at breakfast, and the different items offered every morning. We wished to have such great water pressure in our shower at home!

Friendly staff, decent spread of breakfast, nice rooftop terrace and pool, no English but worked well with Google translate for us. Provide beach towels too. Location excellent right on the beach. AC is very good. Helpful in coordinating the local tours. Water provided at reception. Beautiful interiors.

Room a bit small as jacuzzi bath took up half the room. Issue with towels not being replaced but staff helpful at reception and dropped up fresh ones. Coffee at breakfast is poor. No chair or table in room. Window looked out at other hotel windows so had to keep blind closed. Only get one room key.

The location is great at the Praia 2. Many bar and restaurants are close by and there are many drinks stands just in front of the pousada. The team is super welcoming. the rooftop bar is great, as well as the pools. The room had a beach view and an amazing whirlpool. The pousada looks like it was recently refurnished. The breakfast options are very complete.

A hairdryer, but no electric plug in the bathroom… I’m still searching…

Everything was Amazing in this hôtel. Breakfast, rooms, bar, cocktails, swimming pool, employées. The location is directory on the 2nd beach and the view from the rooftop pool is superbe. WE had an issue with the aircon leaking in our room and they upgraded us to a better room with jacuzzi bathtub. I can't recommend enough this hôtel.

BRENDA, BRENDA, BRENDA. Excellent customer service. I often went to the concierge for advice with regards of trips, local restaurants and they were so very helpful. This hotel is on prime location in the island. They are very clean and had COVID protocols for meals. The pool and the bar is awesome. I cant say enough about the staff. If you have celular data on your phone, you can text the pool bar FROM THE BEACH and they bring you whatever food/drinks you ordered. 10/10.

The pool area needs more seating and more umbrellas. If you get there late you simply can’t sit by the pool which is a real shame.

Everything was perfect ! We travelled as a couple and the staff were super friendly, very helpful. the place was beautiful and attention to the detail in the hotel is incredible .
