The garden and pool area is lovely... with a good sized pool. The garden is very well looked after and the whole hotel has some good areas for sitting and relaxing. Good food is served there with great friendly service. The 'sauna' is actually a 'steam room' but is very hot and works great. I stayed at 4 other locations not too far from that area during my visit... and this hotel had considerally less mosquitoes... barely any. I think whatever they're doing to deal with them is working very well - was really impressed by that! Good reliable wifi which seemed to work in all outside areas too.

The hotel looks just like the photos. Spacious, clean, staff is friendly and professional. Surrounded by vegetation. Gym, game room, outdoor walking area. Lots of tables with chairs outside. If arriving before check-in time and the room isn't ready, they will let you use the pool and other facilities, as well as wifi. Room and bathroom were very spacious. Would be good value for families or couples. Lots of selection for breakfast. The hotel isn't actually on the beach, the ocean is across the road but to get to the beach is not right there. City tourist area with restaurants and shops is also a few minutes away. Super close to the airport, less than 10 minutes by Uber. Anyway, to sum up - be aware of the forementioned caveats and it will be an enjoyable stay.

I wish there was a water cooler with drinking water available at all hours. I know you provide 2 bottles for free, but it's not enough. And water isn't that expensive. Also would be nice if you provided coffee with real milk early in the morning. I have trouble sleeping and if I wake up at 4am and can't sleep it would be nice to have a cup of coffee. I know you provide coffee for the coffee maker in the room, but by then I drank all the water, and then there is no real milk, only the dry milk, which is not the same. Small things but they lower the overall impression of the property.

Breakfast was very good with lots of fruit, great green juice and lots of other options. The pool area was beautiful and clean. Food and drinks were also very good from the pool bar, though a little expensive.

When I tried to use the steam room, it didn't seem to be working. Even though there was a sign about children not being allowed in the jacuzzi, families let kids use it as a swimming pool and the hotel said nothing about it. I was not happy about that! No one at reception spoke English, which was a little challenging for us.

I really like this hotel as my favorite place to stay in Porto Seguro.

It is a convenient quiet and lovely place for travelers, especially they have a special service from a kindly gentleman Mr. Marcello. He knows Bahia a lot and much more familiar with all of the local places such as restaurants, spots for stunning views, beaches… meanwhile he is very friendly and warmly. If you need any suggestions or recommendations from locals, you won’t have even better alternatives than him, who is considered as a guide book for your amazing trip in Porto Seguro. Even he is a little bit busy sometimes, it won’t be hard for you to meet him at the hotel as long as you ask the front desk. You won’t be boring with him who is a humorous guy with excellent driving skills and funny stories.

Great sauna and pool area. Bikes were great to ride along the beach. Rooms were nice with great balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was adequate. Overall not bad. The grounds were spacious and nice - probably the nicest hotel in the area.

More shady places by the pool would be nice. Game room needs some attention. Paddles for table tennis were broken and it’s the worst pool table I ever ever played on - but still fun. Pool cues were old and broken. Smallest balls ever! And very weird table.

Clean, spacious, very well maintained, great location, terrific staff, beautiful landscaping, huge swimming pool, very good breakfast. The touristic service offered by Mr. Leite was something else!

Although I don’t need it, I think the hotel must implement accessibility features (ramps and/or elevators).

It was a one night stay so we wanted something close to airport. Located very close to the main part of the nightlife area without the noise. Check in staff super friendly and helpful.

Pretty much empty but due to low season. A bid dated. No elevator which was ok for us but maybe older people or larger families would struggle to transport baggage.

I found the location to be very convenient, as it's close to both downtown and the airport. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was quite good, especially the tapioca. The pool area is really lovely. Unfortunately, I was only able to stay for one night, which meant I missed out on fully enjoying the hotel’s amenities.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is really friendly and welcoming, breakfast is superb, the pool was also really cool with an artificial waterfall.

The restaurant really lacked options and I didn't think that the prices were fair. That being said, at least the portions were generous.
