Amazing location, great rooms, everything comfy, great sheets and pillows, reasonable price, nice breakfast - lots of options.

There was a bath tube and no bath gel. The pool is at the bar, which is open to outsiders so you can be swimming and having people eating sushi right next to the pool. Feels a little weird. It’s a small space to share a restaurant and a guest pool.

The location was very good. Close to the city park, also easy to get to the biggest shopping in Ribeirao. The room was fair, the looks for the hotel are good.

The swimming pool was not clean and the water not heated, for an hotel like this they could have arranged a heated pool already. The bed size could be king as well. Also, the breakfast, could have more options, including some on request.

Well-located, modern architecture and spacious rooms. Everything is brand new and smells amazing. Breakfast is okay, and the 11th bar has a beautiful view of the city.

The air conditioning didn’t adjust to the temperature we wanted (it was too cold) and we had to exchange rooms. Waited too long to check out because there was just one person at the reception.

Breakfast, bedroom and gym equipments were great

Safety of the garage was bad. Anyone could get in and the key to my car was on top of it. The water fountain is not working in the gym. Hotel hallways were really hot. Mattress were too bouncy.

Good and quiet location, amazing and stylish rooms with good space. We quite enjoyed the bath tube as well.

Breakfast was a big disappointment for the level and style of the hotel. I'd expect this level of breakfast at Ibis not here.

As my third time here I could not be happier with this location. Having an American chain hotel in a place like Ribeirão Preto is very convenient. The hotel is probably in the top 3 in the city for quality and luxury, based on the location's standard of course. Always clean, always professional, excellent location, and impeccable rooms.

Everything about Wyndham was great. I am a repeat guest and that is for a reason.

Really good location and easy access. Excelent breakfast. Room size is good. Big bed. Really near the beautiful city park "Carlos Raya".

Cleanliness under expectation, found some hair in the bathroom, little pieces of paper in the room's desk, and an used towel after we had to change rooms because of an air-conditioner problem. Believe they had to clean it too fast, but hair was found in both rooms. Toilet bowl too close to the sink.

Room size, friendly staff, great location, super clean amenities, Covid restrictions. I just Loved this hotel! Pablo from reception was always up to help with anything. Great person!

My short period of time, I wish I could have more time to stay there at least for more couple of days. I strong recommend it!
