Excellent pool, also for kids. Breakfast and food quality at restaurants very good. Great animation program.

Pool hours start at 10h which is especially for kids too late as sun gets very strong. Pool bar should open longer than 18h. Disproportionate development of prices in the last two years as service and offer is almost the same (e.g. buffet lunch or dinner for 89 R$ per person). Better trained staff on weekends, during week friendliness and service behavior of staff with notable gaps. And please: No necessity to oblige staff to wear masks anymore (e.g. animator alone on stage wearing mask…). Thank you!

veeeery loooong check in. I don't know why they need so much information (for example: if I am married),they want e-mail, home address, etc., even though they already have all this information (I signed up via booking), and I have also been in this hotel at least 15 times, so they could probably find this information somewhere. Not the best wifi connection around the pool

Breakfast was great, pool and restaurants on site were good and convenient! We loved being able to eat poolside and relax listening to the music or whatever entertainment was happening at the time.

Rooms and overall infrastructure were very old and not what I expected. We had a hard time opening our door, the bathrooms are old and dark with poor paint jobs as well. Overall worth the money but I was not impressed with the rooms.

A few things made my 14 days at the property happier. The breakfast has a huge variety of breads, hot meals and fruits. The staff was superb. A big shout out to Joice, Valeria, the three fantastic guys that leads the activities at the pool, the amazing tapioca and omelete maker Bel and Jefferson the guy who works as waiter at the pool area. The cleaning team was always asking if everything in the room was good, clean. I had the most amazing Baiana meal on a Friday lunch at the hotel's restaurant.

The playlist at the swimming pool, everyday the same playlist during the whole day. The Gran beach restaurant was awful. The food offered at the pool area overpriced. Drinks overpriced as well. The internet was horrible. There's only one elevator/lift in each tower, making everyone's life - specially if you stay on the 4th/5th floor - more "active".

I liked everything, the staff was extremely polite and friendly, the place was so beautiful and organized, and the food was so delicious. Special thanks to Angelica from the reception she was amazing. Willian the front desk helper was very friendly too.

Two things to improve: The elevator and TV room need some modernization.

Good location and good activities to do in the resort

The room was not cleaned up, it wasn't smelling good and I also don't like that fact that they force you to buy 4 waters from the hotel. In the check in you have to pay for 4 waters even if you will not drink them. That's make no sense.

ive been to this place many many times. this was the first time after covid and i was very happy with most aspects. but checking in was a little bit of a pain. food was good location is good. BUT . you can sleep with the balcony door open and hear the ocean all night long , so make sure you get a room with a ocean/pool view. NOT the dunes. always my go to hotel/resort when im in salvador bahia.

checking in was a little bit of a pain took a long time and i was givent the wrong room and had to return to reception to get it exchanged. the hotel rooms are getting a old and needing to be remodeled . being right on the beach probably doesnt help with deterioration of the property

Staff At the pool was amazing, specially Mesaqui. Five star serving for sure. The beach was awesome. Most the staff have a huge smile in their face while serving you. Breakfast is amazing! Very family oriented hotel. It was a great experience for me and my family.

Internet connection. Groundskeeper staff cool use a better uplifting uniform to match their beautiful smiles.

we have the 1st day a room to close from the music stage so it was really loud and noisy, but we were able to make room change
