The staff was very attentive and willing to help, the room had a very good size. We book a standard room with garden view and they gave us a room with pool view. And it was great. With side ocean view. The bathroom was also comfortable. the pool is wonderful, and the food trucks were very convenient for the kids snacks. The gym was very complete and with air conditioning. The food at breakfast and dinner had a good variety and the waiters were offering different pizza varieties constantly even sweet ones. and was delicious.

The pizza restaurant was not open so there was only one place to have breakfast and dinner that had 2 big portable air conditioning equipment and at dinner time was very hot and noisy. And the tables were very close together. And caused the place to be noisy,

Breakfast is excellent, and the location and pool area are very good! Also, the 24/7 guest service is very attentive; I had two issues in my room, and they immediately came to fix them.

The beds needed an update; they were not very steady or comfortable. The prices at the restaurants were expensive, the alcoholic drinks were pricey and tasted like juice, and the pizza we ordered for room service was not good.

Lovely location by the beach. The food was lovely especially breakfast. Lovely people and the view was amazing Lovely hotel with various options for food.

The music was sometimes loud around the pool no break from noise, so it would have been nice to just have quietness around pool sometimes. The room wasn't cleaned as good as it could have been Food was a little expensive

Pool hours start at 10h which is especially for kids too late as sun gets very strong. Pool bar should open longer than 18h. Disproportionate development of prices in the last two years as service and offer is almost the same (e.g. buffet lunch or dinner for 89 R$ per person). Better trained staff on weekends, during week friendliness and service behavior of staff with notable gaps. And please: No necessity to oblige staff to wear masks anymore (e.g. animator alone on stage wearing mask…). Thank you!

veeeery loooong check in. I don't know why they need so much information (for example: if I am married),they want e-mail, home address, etc., even though they already have all this information (I signed up via booking), and I have also been in this hotel at least 15 times, so they could probably find this information somewhere. Not the best wifi connection around the pool

Breakfast was great, pool and restaurants on site were good and convenient! We loved being able to eat poolside and relax listening to the music or whatever entertainment was happening at the time.

Rooms and overall infrastructure were very old and not what I expected. We had a hard time opening our door, the bathrooms are old and dark with poor paint jobs as well. Overall worth the money but I was not impressed with the rooms.

Close to airport. Simple, relaxing, and comfortable. Breakfast buffets are excellent.

Can get noisy with outside music during the day if you truly want to relax before it gets dark very early compared to western world time zones.

Only a few options for dinner. The hotel is located in a zone where you need to take a cab if you want other dinner options

Good location, friendly staff. The structure is a bit dated and the rooms had the bare minimums. However I was pleased!!

The room was wonderful, fantastic view of the ocean and pool. Music entertainment was great. Cafe da manha was great, options were always available.
