The rooms have been renovated and look great. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Breakfast was great.

The only issue was getting a letter saying we would need to be out of the room for a few hours so they could do some work in the room. I wouldn’t have had an issue with it if I was informed in advance and not get a letter under the door the night before. Some of the staff could do with a smile on their faces too but overall it was an amazing great place to stay.

Very good breakfast options and friendly staff. At the reception they talk English very well. The beds and bathroom are very nice and sufficient size for moving around. The location is great, very good restaurants close by and nice shopping location.

The room was right next to the elevators and the constant "ping" of the elevators you could hear in the room and started to annoy me in the mornings after a few days as it is quite loud. The music in the hall i could not hear...

This is a really nice hotel with comfortable rooms and in generally a good location.

It is surrounded by building work and I was sold a park view room with a view of a building under construction. The hotel staff kindly gave a discount but it must be frustrating for them when the advertising doesn’t match the product which ultimately could damage the brand. Just have all rooms as city view.

I have been staying at this Mercure for a few years now, every time when I am in SP. The entire staff of the hotel and restaurant are exceptional, but my favorites are Andre from Bahia and Thialgo at the reception desk. They go out of their way to fullfill all guests needs. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable and the little balcony priceless

There are 2 major construction works happening in neighbouring buildings on each side of the hotel. I was disappointed that I was not preinformed about this. At times the noise was disruptive. Bathroom in the room needed some attention ... peeling paintwork around the sink.

The location and property was very nice. renovated and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. rooms were big and bathroom very nice

the room service at night around midnight was terrible. the food was served on a cafeteria style tray and plastic cups and the food was subpar i ordered a burger medium with caramelised onions and it was well cooked and no onions. My boyfriend had a sandwich with pulled pork which was like a day old dry and unappetising. everything else was great except that.

Very good location in the heart of Itaim, close to Ibirapuera and to many excellent restaurants and bars. very comfortable bed, good shower. excellent breakfast. Nice sports room and outside pool in the rooftop.

Noisy neighborhood, and windows were not sound proof.

There is a construction next to the hotel. My room was located exactly with the balcony in front of the construction. At 7am the noise was disturbing.

modern, clean, functional rooms with balcony, great service, rooftop pool and gym, great location.

Some of the bathrooms in the public areas were not very clean; 3 construction sites surrounding the hotel and therefore quite noisy; some of the gym equipments need maintenance.

very friendly and kind hotel staff throughout. Very nice rooms, good breakfast, very safe. I travel to SP for about 30 yeasr and am so happy I discovered that hotel and will stay here from now on, when in Sao Paulo.
