This hotel was a nice surprise. I arrived early and was accommodated on early check in. I was wowed by the atmosphere, intimate and clean. I was also amazed at the English music in the foyer and lifts...guess after 3 weeks it was really music to my ears. The rooms were spotless and huge and quiet for a good night's sleep The nice touch of drinking water, microwave and kettle after hours was really convenient. The staff were remarkable. The location is also convenient. Malls and Paulista Avenue within walking distance albeit some maybe uncomfortable with homelessness around, although harmless. The breakfast was amazing and my top 2 over 3 weeks in Brazil! Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return when in SP. Great price/value.

Well if I must, the bathroom is a little small in comparison to the room size but this is a minor point. The shower pressure was great! I didn't see any facilities like gym etc but it didn't bother me for a short stay. The other aspects made up for it.

The staff who are excellent and helping; the lovely breakfast; the cleanliness; and the ambience.

I would have loved to have a coffee maker in my room to drink warm water. It's my habit to drink mild hot water three times a day and going for hot water from the 10th floor was a difficult task and time-consuming. The hotels I stay in the US offer a small kitchen apart from a coffee maker to prepare your food if you like.

Everything was perfect, especially for the price. Good location, the staff was friendly and helpful and even speaking english. They even offered us an early check in without any extra costs. The room was super clean and big and also the breakfast was very good.

It was very near to the Avenida Paulista which is handy if you’re around the area. Around like 15 minutes walk which is good. We stayed 3 people in one bedroom. We didn’t have the breakfast as we thought it was expensive but the place is enough for a couple of days.

The property is very well located, nearby the Av. Paulista. The hotel’s crew are very friendly and professional. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is very clean with a good shower and good wi-fi connection. The breakfast is great with a lot of options ☺️everything was great and clean.

location is nice and have great pizza rest, bars, local food rest and can access to the Avenida paulista by 5-7min car. breakfast was delicious with a plenty of choice (local food, western tast, yogurt, cakes, sweets, spreads, breads, coffe and milk, toaster etc). staff are very friendly and willing to help and solve the problem. i asked for extra night and they keep the same rate of 10days booking.

everything was great and I would return! only wifi connection was very weak which barely couldn’t have a video call. i had to change for internet data for more stable connection.

We used this property for a day-stay in between flights. The hotel is clean and well maintained, friendly staff, a generally great place. The room is huge with a dedicated office space, large & open bedroom, and neatly sized bathroom. Ours was on the 10th, so was a great place to relax for a little while. Would love to have been able to stay overnight.

The exterior needs a little attention, but is isn’t that bad, just due for maintenance.

It’s close to everything, seems like a safe neighborhood, we never felt unsafe, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are great and the bathroom as well. If I’m coming back, I would definitely choose to stay here again

Very good value and quality ratio in a safe neighbourhood Clean spacious room and bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Very clean and not noisy.
