The room was spacious, there was air conditioning in the room, the buffet breakfast was also really good and had a nice variety. We were about a 15-20min drive from the exhibition centre which was very convenient to get to each day. The gym facility is a bit small but it’s available nonetheless and I didn’t have to wait to use the treadmill whenever I went down, so it seemed to work out!

Rooms are neat and clean with comfortable space to put your bag and clothes.

All was great in general: front desk personnel, cleanliness, breakfast variety, dinner time and menu. Quiet and nice environment for meetings and coworking. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable.

The street is very noisy even in the nights but it´s not its fault.

Staff really nice! Very polite all the time. And all options available all the time, replacement really fast. Basic options all fresh all the time.

It would be nice to have some healthier options in the breakfast. Like more juice options and better breads. Overall, all good. Coffee wasn´t that good...

the staff was phenomenal! they were kind and helpful, they did everything to make my stay enjoyable. Ricardo was exceptional!

The door on my room opened of I didn’t fix the inside handle just right. something was wrong with the door lock. one night I came back and the housekeeper had been there and the door was wide open. it was the door lock room 1308.

The location was the most important part of it.

The location near the park it is amazing and all the services are around the place.

The bed, bedding and pillow are super comfy

I could not change the channels to English so I had to watch only CNN Also the pics are not what the rooms are, they are minimalistic until I fell asleep on the super comfy bed. The room is super clean. The breakfast is alao good, the Pan Preto ( black bread was delicious)
