Clean bed and bathroom and bed is comfortable. Close to the business center with pubs and restaurants.

A bit noisy near to the pubs. I cannot change my room as I was told the hotel was full. It is a big hotel/hostels but I didn't see too many people there in the lobby, kitchen, other common areas. I was alone in that room on my first day. But it is much better than Wanderlust that I moved out even thought this is a bit more expensive.

The pictures show what you can expect from your room, no surprises. The room was cleaned every day and that was perfect for us, to sleep in a tidy and clean room. New towels every day. Air conditioning was silent and working as expected.

One of the USB plugs didn't work, so we had to take turns to charge phones with the other plug; it would be great that this is checked regularly. The breakfasts are vegetarian only, I would have liked more options. As it is located in downtown, surrounded by bars and restos, the food smell if you open the window is intense. It doesn't have a fridge to cool your bottles.

The staff was helpful courteous friendly. Especially the girl and guy when I left we chatted for awhile and really felt like I was making friends not just asking about tours etc.

I would have liked the restaurant in the evening for dinner as well. And something a bit more social to meet people

The hostel is very nice and there are some events to discover the city that you can register for. The surrounding area can be a bit strange, so it might be better to take the metro or a taxi to go out of the neighborhood

The most important for my travel is location, the value is very attractive, once the fancy style is usually a good reason to high prices. Staff very friendly and kindness. Maybe I can stay again in a next alone trip to São Paulo or other city wherer there is a Selina.

I shared a room with other 7 people, most of them girls. I didnt ask a female room so this was not a problem for me, but a roommate had booked a room exclusive for girls and she was allocated with us. She was unconfortable, once there are some guys in the same room. This situation show me some carelessness on the part of the hostels team.

Location was amazing and staff

Some lockers on shared bed room doesn’t work. You should check it. Couldn’t close the locker with padlock because all lockers did not close well.

The location is really near to a lot of restauramts and nightlife parties.

Hotel is clean, very nice. People very helpful and friendly. The walking tour suggested by thz hote' was a little different than what you usually see, so we enjoyed it a lot. Close to center.

You can’t go wrong with Selina. It’s affordable, beds are comfortable with AC and the place is cosy.
