The proximity to the airport was great. There was no need for the shuttle, as it is a 5 minute walk to the Marechal Rondon Airport in Cuiaba. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Varzea Grande Shopping Centre with a variety of restaurants and stores, and diagonally across the excellent Comper supermarket, with a large variety of items. The room is extremely modern, with a comfortable bed, and a great shower. Breakfast, served in the area next to the lobby, was also adequate. Myself and my group also made use of the bar area next to the pool, which was great.

The stay was excellent, and if I had one very minor gripe, it would be the view from my room. It overlooked the 2 silos nearby, in the direction of the airport. As I was only there for a short period, it did not really bother me, as the hotel facilities and proximity to the airport were amazing.

We were really impressed with this airport hotel. One of the best we've stayed in, especially for value for money. We did the pre-check in emailed to us prior. We walked from the aiport to the hotel in about 5 minutes (walk out of departures, cross the street at the crossing - don't go to the car park - walk to the left and follow the path around to the right all the way to the crossing directly opposite the hotel). On the way back to the airport, the concierge noticed we were walking and got the van and dropped us off. There was 1 english speaking staff member in reception and in the restaurant. Otherwise, Google translate worked well. We stayed here before and after our Pantanal tour. Excellent location with a 3 level mall right accross the road. Very comfortable room. Modern. Great rooftop restaurant. Breakfast had plenty of options. Highly recommended.

No english TV channels (that was all the hotels we stayed in Brazil) but wifi was fine for Netflix on the laptop. Any information at all about the airport transfer accessibility would have been helpful.

The hotel was very nice overall. As in many places in Brazil, no one spoke any English so it is necessary to have a translation app on your phone. The staff was all very nice though! It is within a short walk of the airport which was super convenient!

I asked where the restaurant was and they sent me to an outside bar…..I figured that is the only restaurant they had. I ate dinner there. It was not good. I came back to the airport a week later and saw that they the whole top floor is a restaurant! What?? Translation problem I’m guessing.

The breakfast service needs training. I had a problem with my credit card. I used it once during my trip at this hotel, and I had a problem after someone used it to buy more than $10K in trips on cruise lines. I asked my bank to cancel it and block the charges. I'm still waiting for the answer, but somehow, my card was scanned. I'm afraid this hotel has a problem with storing CC info.

Very stylish property, with unique furnishings. Lovely spacious room with large comfortable bed. Staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good indeed . Very nice rooftop bar and restaurant which was not open which is a shame. Runway view from our room . Very quiet despite location. They have a shuttle bus to the airport.

The food served at the poolside bar was disappointing

Best airport hotel , great rooms, great beds, great breakfast. After staying in a Pantanal lodge for a few days we decided to stay in this hotel because of an early flight. Can highly recommend this: no stress missing flights, best airport hotel you can imagine. Opposite mall with lots of shops and restaurants; Nice restaurant on top floor.

Breakfast was good enough. Not huge variety but reasonable. Dinner was pleasant and we were able to serve our own wine. A nice outside bar/terrace by the pool - though it was almost too warm to sit outside during our stay.

Its a little too far to walk to the airport but there is a shuttle service that works fine.

The genius discount I had through booking.com didn't apply anyway, so I had to pay the extra to equal the bill before leaving the hotel. But who's fault is it? Booking.com or the hotel?

Very stylish property which puts a lot of much more expensive hotels to shame. Reception has some beautiful wooden sculptures and staff are very friendly. If you arrive in self drive it’s parked by staff and waiting for you by reception when you check out. Eating places very close by

The included breakfast buffet was excellent. Good in house restaurant. Easy access to the Cuiaba Airport.

Complimentary Airport shuttle would be an important value add. It’s probably only 1km away and would make access much easier. I was traveling with a lot of equipment and had to hire a car service to take me the 1km. It was rather costly and inconvenient.
