Wonderful, spacious room, a large terrace with 2 sunbeds and a sea view, a living room area with TV. In our opinion the queen room is the best choice. The spa is small but nice, the swimming pool as well, and it was nive to have free parking. All in all it was a very good value and very comfortable. Bed was large and super comfy.

The breakfast was poor, and not fresh at all. Milk was sour, orange juice was watery and had no taste, the only good thing was the omelette. Parking is very dusty, and you walk with the dust up to the hall and room, and that should be changed , or parking cleaned regularly of the dust.

Really nice room. Great facilities and also a pretty nice gym. Having an underground parking spot with access from the hotel is something really useful. Great value for money.

The food. It can be better without going too fancy. More vegetarian dishes would be nice.

The hotel is close to the Botalical Garden and Castle of Regina Maria, on the hills, so the visit is very easy if that is your plan. However, to reach the beaches (which are not so many), there a is 20 min walk downhill. I appreciated the slippers and big balcony with sea view, however, the suite was smaller than in the picture (no couch area).

The hotel and the room were furbished nicely, but there were some touches which made it look cheap (there were 100 degrees when we reached the room and it took 1 hour of AC to make it better. room to the bathroom very close to the bed, not closing properly, bathtub with an ikea shower curtain, stained foot towel, curtains which would hang out of their place, etc). Breakfast was diverse but the quality not the greatest, coffee machine was very very old.

The staff is very kind and efficient. Junior suite very spacious, clean, bright. The double rooms do not have a balcony and are not very spacious. The breakfast was good, with many choices. Every day I found parking spaces in the underground parking lot or in front of the hotel. 7 minutes by foot to Queen Maria's castle and the botanical garden. Surrounding terraces where we ate very well. Right next to the hotel, a supermarket with everything open until late at night. It is the second time we come and we liked it every time.

We liked all. A short comment related to the location of the hotel: to reach the seafront of the promenade, it takes about 25 minutes on foot, or 10 minutes by car, but it is very difficult to find a parking space in the centre of Balchik, so it is better by foot.

Reception Staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially after our bad luck getting a bus to Varna, they called various taxi companies to confirm prices for us. Thank you.

This hotel was one of the more expensive options we had, hence expectations were up. Breakfast was ok, but not great. Coffee was out of a machine and tasted like instant coffee. We only had one bed cover in the room, which hardly fit us both. Pool was next to a car park (not something I'm too bothered about, but thinking about value for money and expectations - for that price one expects more.) Public transport is not great in the area, we tried to get to Varna and we were advised that there is a close bus stop which will have some service (but not sure when) - We waited for nearly 2h. There was no bus. Hence if you like to travel to Varna, make sure you get to the bus station and don't use the stop close to the hotel.

Very good breakfast. Very good location. Very clean pool and friendly staff. The apartment had bathrobes and slippers, sufficient and clean towels.

Very few parking spaces for the size of the hotel, about 20 underground spaces and the rest in front of the hotel for a fee and not too cheap. The bed in the living room after you extended it was in waves and you could only sleep on it tightly. The table in the living room was probably broken by other customers who were more careless with the objects. Toilet paper had to be requested. Shower gels were insufficient.

The staff are wonderful. Literally nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping was prompt & efficient. The room was more than adequate. The breakfast buffet was generous and of good quality. Pool is great size and well maintained. There are some nice restaurants near the property..

Some primitive Romanian fellow guests who really belonged in a zoo rather than a hotel.

Well-furnished and spacious rooms featuring comfortable beds. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, which made for a pleasant and relaxing experience. It has free access to the fitness room, pool, and spa. The staff in the reception was extremely polite and friendly. I was assisted to find a parking space, even though it was evident that the parking lot is not sufficient for the hotel's needs. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to others

There might be some improvement in the breakfast. Some more variety would be nice.

Location, food, cleanliness in the room, staff, the facilities available in the hotel (spa, pool, gym)

Covered parking was ok, but the entrance should be covered somehow (automatic door, etc) because inside the parking were a lot of birds flying and cats sitting under the cars. Also the actual TV’s should be replaced by newer ones having smart function (youtube, netflix, etc) and the air conditioning is quite old and during the summer it doesn’t really cope.

Basic breakfast. Good location in front of the Botanical Garden entrance and only 15-20 minutes walk to the beach and promenade area. Good hotel for 1-2 nights. Hotel have private parking area. Experimented staff for massage - thank you!

Very agglomerated area in front of the hotel, due to parking for botanic garden. Bad coffee and tea. Small bathroom - attention for corpulent peoples.
