I stay in this hotel for the second time. The staff is very friendly and nice, cleaning was done regularly quickly and at a convenient time for us (woman that make clean was also very friendly), the food met our expectations and the waiters worked very well and quickly. Hotel is situated right near the sea, and provide free sunbeds. I strongly recommend this hotel!

-The room and the balcony were big enough -Close to the beach -Pretty good soundproofing for a deep sleep -Decent restaurant -The middle aged and elderly members of the staff were very nice and helpful and speak good enough English. -Good fridge -Luggage storage -the price/value ratio

Minor things only that didn't spoil my time at all but for the sake of running the hotel even better hereby I am mentioning some weaknesses : -slap-dash work of the cleaning lady (changing towels after 4 days only by request, forgot to refill WC paper rolls twice etc.) -extra charge for the usage of the electric kettle -the young man during the night shift at the reception didn't say hello or even return my greeting (not once) which is quite unkind especially from someone who works for a hotel. Still...I enjoyed my vacation here and give 9/10 for the whole experience.

Location is excellent! It is literally on the beach, we enjoyed our breakfast watching the sea. It's also close to attractions for children such as the AquaPark (which is awesome!) Camel Park and Nessebar. Receptionists were superkind and helpful!

Amount and variety of drinks for breakfast were somewhat limited.

Hotel is an excellent location for public transport, by the beach, in the center. Rooms are clean and large. Breakfast OK. There is a hotel restaurant on site with a discount for hotel guests. We highly recommend the hotel.

We got a really good overall experience, the staff is friedly and nice. The restaurant is exeptional, we had breakfast and tried several dishes from the menu, everything was perfectly good.

The hotel should think about a small present for birthday.

From the hotel you get straight to the beach. The rooms are spacious and they get cleaned every day. This is your average 4 star Bulgarian hotel but I guess they couldn't get their 4th star because there is no pool. Otherwise, it was similar to all the other 4 stars hotels we've visited previously in Bulgaria. They serve nice coffee, which was a welcome surprise from everywhere else we've stayed during previous summer holidays in Bulgaria. Our room had lateral seaview that was further obstructed by some unfortunate and unnecessary decorative architecture of the hotel, but I guess there is nothing to be done about it anymore.

We visited at the beginning of August, when the hotel was fully booked and breakfast took a long time to be served. One morning we've waited for longer than an hour to have all the food and drinks ordered by all 4 of us, which was not at all pleasant.
