This is the second time we've stayed at the hotel. We came last year and what a discovery! It just feels like home! The luxury suite has all the necessary comforts, in all modesty, and has a magnificent terrace overlooking the port. Sublime! All the staff are adorable! Always attentive, always smiling and they recognise you! And Julia... A real mum! Always smiling, always with a kind word, and always attentive to our needs. She's a friend... A wonderful place where we had another unforgettable stay. WE'LL BE BACK, WE PROMISE. Thank you once again for everything.

The location is unbelievable right on the harbor Ina very beautiful part of town. Windows keep out noise pretty well. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Staff was friendly. One of the front desk people spoke English, the rest did not, but all seemed friendly and helpful. They allowed early check-in and late checkout. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I hope to come back again.

Hotel needs an update. Tired wallpaper and beds sagging a bit. Towels are very hard. Only one small blanket on the big bed. Bigger fridge would be nice because this one was too small to refrigerate large bottles of water. But I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Very nice hotel with a great view to the port. Big comfortable rooms and very nice and helpful personnel. The location is really great, since it's very close both to the parking and the city, there are just a few steps to the lovely streets of Nessebar. We enjoyed very much the balcony where we could spent some time mornings and evenings, looking at the sea and boats. We would definitely choose the same location on our next trip.

The reception team and the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful on our arrival, they went above and beyond throughout our stay. The room was spotlessy clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The view from the room was amazing overlooking the whole of the bay, with Sunny Beach in the distance. Restaurant Sacre was the adjoining restaurant, we ate and drank there on a few occasions, really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was superb too.

The host was very friendly and cooperant. Aside from ourselves, our dog was properly welcomed :). We had a good time, a good sleep. The rooms are large and clean, the facilities are good, the views are great.

There is no elevator - in case one is needed. Other than that, nothing bad to mention. It was a nice stay, we had fun, we easily visited the old town. All good.

Fantastic location for all of old Nessibar and with a brilliant view over the water to sunny beach. Great rooms clean and very well kept,exceptional food from restaurant. Most importantly absolutely amazing people who go out of there way every day to make you welcome and enjoy staying there.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic room with balcony overlooking the harbour Close to historic centre of Nessebar and many lovely restaurants I was on a 10 week bike trip from UK to Istanbul staying in hotels every night. This was one of the best of the whole trip

It was all good

We arrived at the hotel saturday 23 july at 15h00 .. Two amazibg ladies welcome us and help us with our lugages until the room. Once the door was open we saw a large room(nr 32) wery clean an cozy with sea vue. We lioved the bed and the mirrors everywhere. The shower was amazing ! It is very close to the mains attractions of old Nessebar and 5 min away from our favorite restaurant Old Sailor. The beach was 10 minutes away . We stayed for 2 nights and the cleaning lady folder our clothes,made our bed,changed all our towels and made the room look like in the 1st day. We felt lvery welcomed and if we will come back in Nessebar we will stay at the same hiotel for sure! Thank you amazing people for making us feel like home! Carmen B.

Everything is good, just as it should be. Everything is in good quality and conditions, and clean. Staff is friendly and conscientious. Very good location. The really nice virew from the windows. Also it's nice to have rugs in the floor. Very comfortable transfer to airport. But especially I enjoyed design of the rooms and furniture

Just to improve I would suggest big blanket for big bed, softer towels, kettle in the room or another way to get hot water and couple of plates, spoons knifes...

The staff were most helpful allowing us to leave our bags in reception as we arrived several hours before check in . It location is great , air con , able to make drinks etc . Comfortable bed
