The staff exceeded all expectations, the most helpful i have yet experienced, after getting to Bulgaria late i was unable to locate the hotel, by next morning i had also experienced car problems, i managed to contact the hotel who speak excellent English, explained my problems. They organised a repair and then met me and escorted me to the hotel, although they do not serve food, i was offered food as soon as i arrived but just needed shower and sleep. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller, it is excellent value, exceptionally clean, minutes walk from town and eating places.
Nothing, exceptional service better than most five star hotels.

The room was really spacious and the air conditioning worked really well so we stayed nice and cool.
It was a little far from town - only 10-15 minute walk but still a distance after riding our bikes all day. we really wanted to be able to eat meals on-site as the venue states that it has a restaurant in its description, but we arrived to find that the restaurant did not operate. We walked into town to find dinner but no restaurants were open so we ended up with supermarket snacks for dinner

The rooms are big and spacious, we stayed 1 night as we were just passing by. It was clean and comfortable.
Something that they can invest in are definitely better pillows, it's essential for a good sleep.

The host was very friendly although we arrived very late and left early in the morning. The room was clean and tidy, we had everything in place. The hotel is almost literally next to the ferry which was super convenient !

Good place for a night or two in Oryakhovo. nice with the fridge and freezer, a little kitchen would be great. if you want to visit the town, take the stairs just right from the small river, it’s very easy.

The rooms were big and clean. There is a breakfast included. They serve you coffee if you want. It is a decent place to stay if you want to cross the border to Romania with the first ferry in the morning.
The lady from staff does not understands and speaks english or romanian, being on the boarder with Romania. It is a little bit hard to understand each other. The power outlet from the shower room :)
