The spa was great. However, you do need to know that the outside pool is seasonal. While we were there, the children's pool outside was working, though. You get all that is necessary in the spa (three pools, one pool inside, one children's pool outside, a big pool outside, a Roman bath, a sauna, a salt room, a steam bath, warm sunbeds, plus massages and pedicures but at an extra cost. The rest of the spa is free to use.). The breakfast is also very good. It's a buffet breakfast and anyone can find something to their liking. The tea they serve at breakfast is especially tasty. The location is nice and quiet, however, there isn't much in the vicinity and if you want to go to a nearby town or city, you do have to go with a car. However, it's much cleaner than being in an actual city, because you can take a breath of fresh air. The lack of a city nearby was a positive experience for us. It is a great hotel and it has a great location if you want to relax and rejuvinate. If you are looking for something to explore, Tsari Mali Grad (a cultural historical complex) is nearby, in the village of Belchin, and it's interesting to see for newcomers.

If you want to have somewhere to go, like a town or city, you have to go by car. Samokov is 15km away. However, we picked it for the quiet atmosphere with fresh air, so this was actually a positive for us.

It was incredibly clean, with a stunning view, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The swimming pools were fantastic, sparkling clean too. The spa area was beautiful and big enough for all of us to enjoy. We visited in April, and although the outside pool was still closed, I imagine it will be absolutely lush once it's open for use.

The restaurant has different management and it's absolutely rubbish. You can vape there, and after our complaint, we've been told that that's normal and they can't do anything. Same with all the kids playing on phones and using their phones on very loud and annoying music. Not relaxing at all. Overpriced oily dishes. We had some spinach balls that hardly had any spinach. I guess they were frozen potato balls. Very disappointing because the hotel is good. Very noisy neighbour

Good indoor pool with warm water (outdoor pools were already closed), good SPA, friendly staff, cozy room with balcony. Decent breakfast and restaurant prices are not too high.

There is no elevator in one of the hotel buildings, you have to climb up to the second and third floors by stairs. There is no way to dry wet swimsuits in the rooms. The shower is mounted very high, people shorter than 170 cm will not be able to reach it. At my request, the reception brought me a special stool for this. The changing rooms in the pool and SPA are quite cramped. They can comfortably accommodate two, maximum three people. We were there off-season and we were lucky with this. But with a large number of visitors there will be a crush. In the corridors between the pool and the spa, the floor is rarely cleaned, so it is very slippery there.

Very beautiful Hotel with spa that is perfect. All the procedure was pleasure. The pools was clean and with different temperature. The rooms was comfort mattress .very good food on high expecting. Breakfast like a five star hotel.

The alarm system turned on 2 times and the staff didn’t react at first.There was a smoke in the corridor.They told us-Maybe someone is smoking but we have no right to get into the room.This is not serious.I dressed up 2 times and was a bit scared of the smoke and not knowing from what it was

Super clean pools, enough places for kids and adults. Spacious green beautiful common areas and a kids playground. Well maintained spacious rooms. Good breakfast.

Restaurants are too expensive. Not enough towels - just one big one per person for showering, one tiny for the face and hands and one for the SPA zone, not replaceable.

The hotel is very nice - both pools inside and outside are great 👌 , the water temperature is about 29C, which doesn't make them too hot. The garden is well maintained and the entire area. We had included breakfast, it was completely fine. We had lunch at the beach bar, which is very comfortable during your pool stay during the day, we ate pizza there. We had also dinner at the restaurant every night. After that, you can take a cocktail from the lobby bar, they are excellent, I tried Mojito and Maitai.

Honestly - I expected much more from the restaurant. The meals are overpriced and maybe they rely on the fact that you don't have another choice nearby. I am mostly disappointed by the desserts - especially the cheese cake and the cake with 3 kinds of chocolate - the cake sponge was kind of the cheapest one bought from the grocery. The "masterful" ice-cream is also far away from my mindset for good ice-cream.

I liked the proximity to Sofia, extremely large rooms, the food at the restaurant, as well as the fact that it wasn’t fully packed with guests, which is quite common for the spa hotels during weekends and school vacation periods

the Roman bath was under construction, so we could not use it. although there are carefully prepared elements that a guest will get to experience , the hotel overall looks a bit worn out and does not have the glamour of a luxury place
