1. The spa is amazing, very impressive!!! Just for the spa in this hotel, you will want to come back to Sliven. Has jacuzzi, Roman bath, four different saunas, steam bath and even cold dip pool. All very clean and amazing with relaxing music and mood lighting around. Spa access is free for all the guests as well. 2. Breakfast buffet is good. Personal chef cooking amazing omelettes and pancakes for you. 3. Restaurant is also good, very beautiful courtyard with a guitarist playing live music. The food is amazing as well. 4. Location is 4 min away from town centre. And you can visit blue rock mountains 30 min away and Jheravna village 1 hour drive. 5. Staffs are very friendly as well

Excellent Spa facilities, variety of pools, saunas and steam rooms all very nice and tranquil atmosphere. Room comfortable and spacious. Live music in dining room - very good artist which made the evening for us. Breakfast very good with hot dishes cooked for you - excellent omelette.

Only disappointment was one simple main course served about 15 minutes after my partner's dish. Prices of spirits in Spa Bar high - should offer same cheaper brands as in restaurant.

The National Palace Spa&Wellness Hotel is the best hotel in Sliven, where I had stayed the second time for the last 15 year. The staff was top helpful.,espetially Lidia. The breakfast was perfect. I was surprised by Pepy-unique massage therapist. I have had ache in the muscles and the back, which now are the past. The best massage therapist I ever seen. The facilities in the hotel was perfect and comfy, the room was clean and the perfect condition was there. My mum and I were really good leisure there. I looking forward to seeing you again soon. Breakfast was excellent. Staff is very friendly. There was no standard room available and I end up with the luxury room with the spa. I didn’t get to use it so I can’t rate that. The room is very nice except I was on the back side where I hear the dog barking most of the time. Parking was scarce on certain days but I’m glad there’s underground parking.

They have a beautiful garden and the staff was very kind and all can speak English. The food was great and the prices were very decent. During evenings they have a musician who plays the guitar very softly and discretely. I have felt wonderful and I really recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to enjoy good food, good music, quiet and wonderful staff.

Rather elegant facility. There was a massage therapist available, but I didn't sign up. Nice restaurant and the food choices were good for me.

I had a problem with my rental car's GPS, and by a minor miracle found the location using my phone. I had a frustrating tour of some neighborhoods. Very relieved to arrive to a lovely place.

Very clean hotel, with spacious and modern rooms, with good facilities. Breakfast was amazing, very fresh and a great touch to have a crepe/omelette station served to order. The spa facilities were also great with lots to choose from.

Very good hotel with a huge SPA zone, a car garage and good location, it’s near to the city centre.

Well we were with a disabled person and it’s a little bit strange, the only way to the restaurant is by climbing up on stairs.

Set in centre of Sliven pleasant surprise once inside Hotel...All good staff and clean rooms ...lovely garden ..pleasant Breakfast with fresh Omelette to your choice..
