**Review: Blue Star Luxury Hotel, Sofia, Bulgaria – 10/10** My husband and I recently stayed at the Blue Star Luxury Hotel in Sofia, Bulgaria and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We were allowed to check in early as we arrived at around 10am. We have patronised mostly 4 to 5-star hotels in most of the many countries we’ve been to but this is the first time I have written a lengthy review for a very simple reason: others are entitled to know, and it is just fair for the hotel and its staff to receive the best compliments. The look: The hotel exudes elegance and sophistication, with a modern design that combines comfort and style seamlessly. Upon entering the hotel lobby, we were greeted with a very fragrant smell. Luxuriously calming, creating a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room amenities, including a Nespresso machine and high-quality toiletries, made the stay feel extra special. The city views from the rooftop is a plus, especially at night. Here’s a cake topper: Since the hotel is located at Van Gogh Street, the lobby of the hotel and the walls of every floor are widely adorned with nice paintings (though most are made not original creations), but it gives a good vibes especially to art enthusiasts like us. The service: The service was top-notch, with every staff member displaying professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. They went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests and provided excellent recommendations for exploring Sofia. The hotel’s restaurant served a delightful array of meals for breakfast to kickstart the day right. It also has its restaurant and was the food preparation was a highlight. Kudos to the monsieur at the restaurant always waiting patiently for us to finish breakfast (as we came in late twice).

Fantastic location, modern and spotless rooms, incredibly comfortable bed, and top-notch amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the stay truly enjoyable.

Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was vey good. This hotel is very new, clean. It has large and comfortable beds. Room is spacious, bathroom is well designed.

Staff in the front desk. Young lady should have learned more about being in the front desk considering calling a taxi, approximate price to airport etc.

The hotel is new, I liked very much that everything was fresh and clean, and the hygiene products were of good quality. I especially appreciated the carpeting in the room and in the hallways, as well as the availability of parking, for a fee. Employees available to help. Close to he shopping mall, about 5 min walking.

Exceptional stay at this brand new property! The rooms are huge, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom is luxurious. Everything is soundproof, ensuring complete privacy and tranquility. Highly recommended!

I loved everything about this stay. The bed and bathroom were perfect, and the entire place was immaculate without any of the harsh chemical smells you find in other hotels of this caliber. Truly a luxurious and relaxing experience!

‏A brand new hotel located in a newer area of ​​the city, walking distance from the Vitosha metro station and the big Paradise mall, there is a supermarket inside the mall as well as next to it, so everything is close and convenient. The room was excellent, beautiful and clean and so was the whole hotel. Excellent for a couple’s stay who want some quiet.

Amazing staff. The Hotel is new and well designed. Great comfort and cleanliness. Quite in the center of the new services area near Vitosha. Very near the Office I was going to visit. Good restaurant, my colleague really appreciated the offer. breakfast is self service with a very good offer for everyone. Good work with taxis. Still new hotel and few guests.

minor points, since I am vegan. The offer of meals was vegetarian and only one dish. Breakfast missed plant based milk.

Limited breakfast option with so few people in the hotel when I was there (no buffet). Staff learning their ways but everything always sorted.

Easy parking in garage, nice clean room and bathroom. Very nice (on the hard side) bed.

Breakfast was simple (not much choices) but ok; good coffee (but small cups), chrossaints, 4 types of cereal, milk/yoghurt. No pancakes.

Excellent new luxury hotel is Sofia. This is my second visit and will be back. Top quality, comfort and service. Staff is really helpful. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the largest shopping Center Paradise Mall which is super convenient. Simply great.
