The location is very good, right by the metro station in the city centre. Our room was spacious but a little bit dusty in some spots. The breakfast for decent, nothing to complain about and the check out time at 12PM was really appreciated. Overall, it accorded to our expectations.

The rooms could use a little update and the breakfast can be more varied. Also, the pictures don't really comply with the reality.

For the price its really good. Its a 3 star hotel so I cannot be so strict. Breakfast was ok. Room was big. Heating was working ok. The room has a minibar.

I did not like that the hotel does not look like the photos. (But still pretty good for the price). The only way to close the door from outside is to slam it, thats why so many complainings about the noise. It was true what I read in many comments, there is a horrible smell coming from the bathroom pipes, the only way to minimize it is by having the window open, of course that solution may not apply for some months of the year…

room was clean and offered main equipment - everything according to the description on the site everyday cleaning was included good location, really very close to the metro station well-prepared and relatively cheap breakfast, tasty and fresh, with basic products, fresh juices and very good coffee

The only disadvantage was the bathroom. It didn't have a separate shower cabin, so while I was taking a shower the water was splashing into the floor of the whole bathroom (there were special towels to clean it, but still it was not comfortable)

Room was spacious and airy,beds were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the chef was constantly checking to make sure that everything was kept topped up. Lots of fresh fruit was available as well as a selection of cheese,cold meats, tomatoes,cucumber and fresh pastries.Good selection of toileteries in the bathroom,shower was fab.

Toaster was a disaster your toast was either under cooked or incinerated.

- the location was perfect - the value for the money we paid was simply amazing - comfy beds and pillows - the lobby was lovely - great brekfast - huge terrace - free tea and coffee in the room - there was a kettle in the room

- the hotel overall needs renovation - the floors were very old and looked nasty (even they are cleaned they were so old that they don't look okay) - the first floor was fine, but second was awful - there was a problem in the bathroom - the water was leaking

We stayed 2 nights and everything was normal. The hotel is located up 30 min walk from the main attraction and from the main bus station. The breakfast was good

The furniture in the room was very old. Honestly I expected more because In the photos it looks much more deferent

We had a great time staying with them. Staff at reception were very friendly. Late check in, no problem. Rooms good sized, very good breakfast. Location is amazing, near subway and easy to reach city centre historic places. I parked my rental car there too, no charge.

The lady at breakfast was a bit strange but ok, no complaints. Breakfast was almost same everyday. Olives were not fresh.

The hotel is located in a very communicative place and has its own parking for guests. The rooms are cozy, clean and well heated. We were extremely impressed by the breakfast, which offers a large selection of different sweet or savory foods. After we finished our breakfast we enjoyed a strong and warm coffee in the lovely garden next to the lobby bar.

It was great, thanks again. The room was big and mostly really clean. The location is central. Also the breakfast was okay, if you like egs and meet :)

One day nö one came to clean up, esp. to exchange the towels and on my brothers room there was a big stain on the wall and the carpet dirty. Also the lock for the card was loše and you need to be careful. Overall i think some parts of the hotel need a little work.

Perfect location and the fact that we had free parking, large room with separate bed for my child and nice view! On my second stay I enjoyed the chocolate candies I found as a gift. Coffe and tea making facilitiea is a plus. Nice service in the reception.

I have stayed twice in this hotel in the same room and I have found the same issues with the bathroom: soap handle in the shower cabin loose and terrible smell from sewage. Also in my second stay the minibar had a lot of water inside. The shower area was not properly cleaned. The lady in the breakfast restaurant should smile and greet guests, she was very serious.
