Breakfast, swimming pool, dinner, staff at the reception and the piccolo.

we’ve arrived after 15 o’clock, and my wife was hungry. We visit the restaurant to order launch, but they sad there is no way to cook something. we haven’t mini bar in the room fridge.

It was a nice surprise that even though the hotel is not a new one, the management tries to keep high standards. The personnel was young and not well-trained but they did their best being hardworking and very polite. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of good-looking dishes, the dinner was with more limited meals but everything was fresh, tasty and they had a good wine selection. The public areas were clean, so was the pool with brand new and stylish sunbeds. The beautiful small garden creates a relaxing barrier with the surrounding buildings. I strongly recommend this hotel because the quality of the service is far better than most of the "luxury" and modern hotels in Bulgaria I have been visiting in the past two years.

The rooms are a bit worn out, they might need some refurbishment. Cleaning of the room happened only once during our 5-days vacation but the problem is not only in this hotel but all over the Bulgarian sea side.

Our stay was very good overall. Various breakfast and dinner options - not great dinner, but we`re not too pretentious anyway. Very comfortable mattresses, which by my opinion is their biggest positive. Very close to the beach, which is why we`ve chosen to stay there.

There were no major complaints, despite the fact that this hotel is definitely NOT a four star hotel. The breakfast was good, but the juices were not freshly squeezed, the iron is provided by request with burnt surface and no iron table. The shower head was so dirty that water couldn`t come out from some of the wholes. Our sheets were not changed even once for 6 nights stay. The bar staff is not very well trained - reading from a book how to prepare cocktails is another non-four star hotel service as most we had were poorly done. It is a good idea maybe for you to do something about the mosquitoes in the bar area around the pool and do something abut the doors not slamming so loud every morning when people leave for breakfast. The missing parking space is an inconvenience.

The location is perfect , you have many beach bars in front , they have parking , 10 mins to the center of sozopolo . very kind stuff , the hotel is so clean ..the food is good .. i hope you enjoy

The breakfast and dinner were great. Our room was clean and the location is great - CAVO beach is 5 min walk from the hotel.

The facilities at the hotel could've been better including the pool. Also, there is no gym.

As always, clean hotel, helpful staff .The food is very tasty even if there are not so many dishes but it's about quality not quantity.

The hotel could make a deal with a parking place nearby for better parking rates.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Hotel Miramar at the end of August 2021. The whole hotel staff was really helpful and polite, without any exception. Food was plentiful both for breakfast and dinner, with enough and sufficient variety for everyone, and we appreciated very much the kindness of the young ladies from behind the serving counter. The room was spacious and fitted with all the necessary items for a pleasant stay. The air conditioning system of the room worked perfectly, which was smooth and quiet. The balcony facing the swimming pool was really nice, also large enough and well fitted to enjoy a glass of drink in the evenings. The swimming pool and its surrounding area was spotless and well maintained. Towels for the swimming pool area use were available during the whole day. The pool bar was really nice, with quiet and quality music during the whole day. The beach was located just across the street, a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. You could choose from lying on your own towels and under your own umbrella on the fine, sandy beach, or stay within the near by and very nice Cavo Beach facility, with its own sunbeds, umbrellas and beach bar (which otherwise welcomed and served anyone from the beach, no matter if from outside the facility).

In spite of the fact that serving of the meals was timely, well and smoothly organized according to the Covid-19 measures and requirements, everyone had the chance to be served as many times as wished upon return to the serving counter. Yet many guests highly abused on this, ending up leaving significant amounts of food on their plates, which naturally went into the garbage. A little bit of self-discipline, thoughtfulness, education and decency would make this world much more livable.

Excellent stay, food was great, room was clean and spacious, very close to the beach.

the food was excellent with a great range of choice, the staff were so helpful with everything, patient, kind and excellent the beach close by was served well with lifeguards, beautiful and fun

Staff is friendly, food - delicious, the swimming pool clean. I’d wholeheartedly recommend the place to anyone. The manager was friendly and extremely understanding and flexible towards our awkward ever changing plans. I travelled with 8&15 years old and they felt safe and happy.

A couple of small things - not necessarily hotels fault. The beautiful hotel is surrounded by rubbish containers! Would have been great if these were hidden/located somewhere else. Remember to remind the taxi drivers not to take phone calls while driving!
