A real surprise. Never heard of Stara Zagora town before so I was expecting our overnight stay to be exactly that: an overnight stay with little to ask for. Well... this hotel changed my mind. Valet parking! Cozy restaurant with great food, both dinner and the amazing breakfast. No, really... the breakfast was really something. Great variety, fresh food, and the feeling of a home country kitchen. The room was big, bed was super confy and the tv system had everything. Even a dedicated welcome message on my name :) Big thumbs up

This hotel was great! Me and my friend were at the sixth floor and I really liked the design and colors they had picked for the floor (every floor has its own design). Everything seemed new and luxurious. The room was awesome: big comfortable beds, cool bathroom, great central location, nice view and complimentary drinks and candy. Didn't get to try the wifi or the gym. The restaurant really exceeded my expectations - the the food and ambience were exceptional (they even have a piano)! This hotel is a remarkable place in the midsts of the somehow gloomy and boring city of Stara Zagora.

We travel a lot and this is the cleanest room and bathroom we've ever been in. It was sparkling clean! I even dared to take a bath. The hotel stuff left many compliments in the room for us and our kids. Kids were extrimely happy! Location is perfect, few minutes walking starts the pedestrian zone.

Poor breakfast! Lack of variety. My children tried bulgarian banitsa which they could not chew, really hard to swallow. Probably cause it was not fresh. Maily eggs, bread, ham, cheese and 2 kind of veggitables and fruits.

It was clean and the room had everything needed.

The interior was questionable, but this is a matter of taste. We didn't like two things - no one called us to let us know there is no hot water because of some renovations nearby. The other times in my life when this happened, someone from the hotel was calling to ask us if we still want to come to this hotel. In this particular case we would find another place immediately. The second thing we didn't like was the fact no one told us about the underground parking. We were in Stara Zagora because of a wedding and the other guests were notified and used it, although we were the first people that arrived there. We needed to constantly look for a place to park our car, which was not a deal-breaker, but left us with a bad taste.

A clean modern hotel in a good location, and despite being very central, the room was quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower is a nice big size. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again next time I am in Stara Zagora

Wished I'd been able to book an extra night (but my work schedule prevented that). No complimentary tissues in the bathroom, which I would expect normally in a hotel of this standard, other than that, everything was fine.

I was very satisfied with the service. Staff was polite and very helpful. My boyfriend wasn’t comfortable with his pillow and the receptionist brought to us two more pillows at 6 am, super kind of him considering the chambermaids weren’t available at that time. I also had a birthday during my stay and when I got back from my walk there was a super cute cake in my room with a candle and a card saying Happy Birthday. That was so heartwarming and kind. It was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Breakfast was very good . Location was good - many things were within walking distance. Rooms initially allocated was not as expected. This was a business trip and thus expecting to find a room with a desk and a chair - this was allocated after many conversation with reception!

As I said that I had to fight hard to get the obvious - a place to carry out work!

Excellent services, including underground parking. Polite and helpful staff, elegant and clean rooms, cozy restaurant with tasty food - we had a la carte dinner and buffet breakfast. We had 2 rooms (one for my wife & kid, the other one for me) on our transit to Greece and this hotel was an excellent choice. My room (facing the back) was completely quite. My wife's room (facing the street) had some traffic noise, luckily the traffic in not so intense there during the night. Also my room had mosquito net at the window so I could keep it open for fresh air, while the other room didn't have the net.

This hotel was amazing, I am traveling a lot but nothing to compare with. People in hotel service were very good intended. Hotel condition and location were over my expectation. I was very well surprised. If you pass by then you must check in for a good price offer. It is new and looks untouched. My car was picked up by stuff and parked somewhere under the hotel, I don't know because in the morning car was arriving in the front of the hotel :-).

Exceptionally friendly staff and very careful to details hotel - they notices that my wife has birthday and made her a cake surprise on the birthday date! This was very nice experience and kind gesture. Additionally, the hotel offer a very good restaurant making it perfect also for dining experience!

I couldn't understand upfront if there is underground parking (actually there is) and it is not available if you check-in late, but the staff managed to find an appropriate solution, which was completely OK.
