No elevator or stairs from the parking to receprion or room's floor, you shoud make a giant walk around half building through the street. Like 5 minutes walk outside, especially bad whan it is rainy. I understant that the hotel is in reconstruction steps while it is operating, but at least 1 floor stairs to reception instead of elevator and now outsite walk around the building. Also the system with the paper pass to parking lot, just write down the car on each entry or out, and no make me save some small paper, that I should give to the security each time I am going out, and take it back when I am return. Simply manage my car number, thats all.

The hotel was in the perfect location in the heart of the city , walk in to everything in 2 minutes ,beach ,shops,bus stops. I catch the construction going on in the hotel but i can say i couldnt even say if i didnt saw it outside guys working on,absolutle quiet. Staff ,facilities and everything was absolutely great. Many thanks to the staff that they honour my request even that was subject to availability but they honour getin the requested high floor room for me. Many thanks to everyone and will see you again next year ❤️

Most of the staff, view from the room, cleanliness Breakfast variety, dining hall personell, location, minibar and electric katle, most of the time quietness, good wifi reception, proximity to all major points of interest and transportations, very good front desk service and cleaning personell.

Better mattress, Better enforcement of non smoking policy, potential smokers to place on the same floor, to check safety of canned products in the minibar (cut myself after opening peanut jur, to have a better knowledge of near by places like pharmacy and grocery store

We ate there every morning and enjoyed the food very much. I would have liked English breakfast tea bags as an option. Food was well cooked and served. Waiters were friendly and had good communication as we do not speak Bulgarian! Our daughter in law is Bulgarian and is going to help us. Busy and popular for meals throughout the day as we forgot to book one evening and couldn’t dine there.

More non smoking areas. So many young people smoking and vaping. It was sad to see and unpleasant to others.

Super location. Great views. In the centre of everything. Good restaurants nearby. Interesting churches. Near enough to walk to all the most interesting museums, such as archaeological, ethnographic. Exciting Roman remains and history of this ancient, former ancient Roman city Serdica, are very visible.

At breakfast - the coffee from the machines is not so good, would prefer fresh espresso! Also there really should be a separate machine for just hot water (for tea), because as the same machine dispenses both coffee and hot water, hot water comes out a little brown after someone has dispensed coffee.

Beautiful modern hotel in town center where is access to everything. Very close to sea and lots of shops and restaurants around. Room was very clean, modern and quite. Bathroom was very modern and clean. Access to mini bar, tea, coffee, kettle. Great view from balcony. Staff was helpful and very polite. Lifts are very modern and easy to use. Air conditioning working well, cooling well when outside is very hot. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend.

i have stayed at the hotel many times over the years but unfortunatelly they are never finished with the renovation. the reception area looks pretty bad at the moment

The location is outstanding, right in the middle of the city) and also we had a room at a superior level (12 floor) with a stunning view. The breakfast was decent, with a variety of choices and a good coffee. I am happy I have stayed there but would not repeat the experience unless I would not have other options.

The attitude of the receptionist, my husband was outside the hotel, smoking, and he said that it is absolutely mandatory that he comes to give the ID (it was my ID already there). The crowded space in the breakfast resto, every morning. The elevator going up and down with really no control, one got to "travel" to all floors before getting where needed. The works in progress are disturbing, you don't have an elevator from the parking but you have to take the stairs with all the luggage ....maybe is just a phase but the price you, also for parking, is not a price for this phase.

Great location next to the main promenade and seaside, room had balcony, Sky bar, no shortage of elevators, Air con effective,daily touch up of the room,minibar richly equipped and with sober prices, good water pressure in the bathroom. Had room at 4 floor.

To navigate from the hotels main channel on the telly to live TV was a handful. Had to switch on/off with the remote more then one time to activate live TV. Small thing.

Clean room. Perfect location.

Breakfasts! I suggest to start at 06:30. I have been asking restaurant personal at floor 14 for the Breakfasts at 06:45, but I was refused, due to begging at 07:00. Unfortunately it was no time to wait, I was in rush to airport. I had paid for two breakfasts included, and I did not try anyone in Cherno More. First day, I simply can't find a restaurant, was no time to do it. Second I was in rush to airport. The rest is OK, thank you.
