Compared to other places in Golden Sands, there is much more space at the pool, and in the garden full of large trees. The food is very good and diverse. The outdoor pool is really nice. The animation team was really nice and passionate about their work.

The reception staff kept our original documents during our stay, which i highly doubt is even legal. They charge 20 BGN/day for parking, but there isn't an actual parking. The cars are kept in front of the hotel, and you get blocked by other guests, which they need to call to move their cars so you can leave. The water in the indoor pool was freezing cold, couldn't last more than 5 minutes.

Great location, easy walk to the beach and city center. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large pool wit enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Two bars (lounge and pool) and many areas to relax (game room and terrace). Food diversity and many courses from where to choose. Parking for the car assured (extra cost).

Not a complaint but be aware that you need to pay for the parking (10 euro/night). The hotel is big and might be sometimes crowdy (at the restaurant and at the pool). Rooms can be refurnished in a more modern style. Overall the hotel is great value for money !

Stuff was so lovely especially the entertainment! Room was very clean and big with a balcony, quite and bed was comfortable. Hotel was very clean and room service was very lovely.

The room was very big and extremely clean. at the 2nd floor it was quite chilly and nice for a noon nap. The food was more than sufficient with a great variety and the personell extremely nice.

A bit far from the beach as it was hot outside. Also, the beach in July extremely crowded.

very good hotel: very kind and involved staff, great attention to cleanliness/hygiene in the room, common areas and swimming pools, diversity in the food and drinks menu, but the special point is the outstanding animation team (for both children and adults)

It's our second stay here and we are very grateful that we have discovered this beautiful hotel. It is clean, comfortable and it is surrounded by so many trees! So many sweets to choose from at the restaurant. Each evening we had a thematic dinner. We received a very shiny all-inclusive bracelet, as it was our second stay here!

Tatiana from the lobby bar was very rude, she refused to sell us a can of Coke, even if we wanted to pay for it. Breakfast was literally the same the entire stay. A bit far from the beach.

I liked the reception employees ( they helped us for all the issues).

I didn't like the facilities: limited elevators ( spent more time in waiting the elevator), limited time to spend it at the pool, long distance to the beach, the food was not so diversified and the coffee was not so tasty.
