Room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should have. The restaurant was good. The pool was clean and a pleasure to swim in. There was good access to the beach. Breakfast was good and the selection of food was excellent.

Our room was a little isolated from the main part of the hotel. The hotel was somewhat isolated from the rest of what was happening elsewhere on the island.

The location was so beautiful, the food and cocktails were lovely, the entertainment in the evening was wonderful, the staff were so sweet, the room was large and the bed was comfortable

The shower was a bit mouldy. The caged cockatoo needs some toys, it seems really sad and bored.

The beach is beautiful, picture perfect. I recommend booking the bungalow which has the small private pool (there's only one), it's a nice feature and we appreciated the privacy. The staff was great, very professional. The bunglow was comfortable, spacious and well appointed. There's a fitness center which was never crowded. Motorbike rentals were available at the resort at a very resonable rate - it's really the only way around the island if you want to explore. The food was excellent, breakfast was included but lunch and dinner were extra but resonably priced. There's no 7-11 on the island, but there is a small shop within the resort where you can purchase toiletries, snacks and beverages. Loved the beach swings and hammocks. The beach faces West, so the sunsets are second to none.

There should be some system in place for the beach lounge chairs. Guests leave their belongs on a chair early and leave the beach, so if you're not there immediately after breakfast, there's no chairs available. There should be a time limit enforced if a chair isn't actively being used. Who wants to wake up early and stake a claim on a chair?

Location is great, slightly off the beaten path which means you can enjoy an incredible sunset without the crowd, but close enough to other beaches, shops and restaurants. You can rent a scooter on site, organize diving activities and many more things. There is a small shop on site too. The gym is decently equipped and has air conditioning. Breakfast is slightly better on the continental food side, a shame if you're looking for Thai food but great if you don't want Thai food. Cocktails for 150baht during happy hours :) The views are truly amazing, rooms super comfy. I know some people complained about the humidity in the bathrooms, for me it was deffo no big deal as it was not dirty, just a bit marked.

Nothing really - not putting a 10 just because it's not a luxury hotel but really I would come back without hesitation

The beach is simply amazing - clean, fine sand and surrounded by coconut palm trees, swings and even a hammock in the water. Also the rooms were comfortable, clean and located in a garden-style area super close to the restaurant, reception desk and beach. The breakfast was delicious with a wide array of western and Thai food as well as fresh fruit and freshly fried eggs/omlettes. The reception desk staff was very caring and helpful. They organized a driver for us on very short notice + took care of communication with the hotel pickup service. Overall we had a very pleasant stay!

Unfortunately there was no water refill station and we had to buy a lot of plastic bottles. Although the saff were really friendly, the communication in English was in some cases not easy and led to a few harmless mix ups during dinner. There was only 1 vegetarian option on the restaurant main dish menu but after we explained about vegetarian diet they at least left out the meat. A few more beach chairs in the shade would be a nice addition.

On a nice beach but not the best, Klong Chao was better. Staff were very friendly, special mention for Alan, he speaks very good English and was always polite and attentive. Room was nice, clean and had good A/C.

Building work being undertaken on pier near by, unsightly barges in front of hotel. Limited items for breakfast. Very expensive taxis from the hotel. Hire a bike if you can.

Second visit for us and we wouldn’t have booked it if it wasn’t good. Very comfortable bungalow, nice beach, nice beachbar.

Awful coffee in the morning, the substrate sort of stuff. Why?? Learned a new word, namely ‘Reservierungslauf’, which is German and stands for people claiming chairs at the beach. For those people I would like to suggest that they take their business to places in Turkey or Spain. For Paradise Resort I suggest putting up a sign that claiming chairs is not possible.

Nice resort on the beach. Pretty far away from the rest of the island, you definitely need a scooter to rent if you want to explore. Amazing breakfast with a lot of choices. Very good a la carte menu, a bit higher prices in my opinion, but all the island is more expensive than other islands in Thailand. In reality the room is bigger than in the photos and it's decent, clean and comfortable, despite the colours they choosed for the paintings :))) silent AC so you could sleep at night

There is no soap or soap dispenser in the bathroom. We booked a sea view basic double room but there was no sea view, because the building with the classic rooms is in the back of the resort around 2 3 min walking to the reception. Small things to repair here and there but that didn't bothered us.

I don't understand why hotels put a safe in the room but they don't bolt it in the safe was small enough to be put in a carry-on luggage and removed from the room silly to have a safe and not have it bolted in. The room I stayed in had no phone to communicate with the front desk and we were a good distance from reception where our room was located very inconvenient No small table and chair on the balcony and having that would have been nice

Everything was exceptional , the bar is at the beach , great drinks , great food , great service, the bartender names heart and his crew were friendly and helpful for arranging the tour trip. We had really good time there. The thai massage was reasonable price , swimming pool is awesome

just a lot of trash near by the property but that was not their fault. They from the main land with the storm. I saw people were trying to pick them up and keep it clean
