The staff are very helpful and friendly. During my 6 days stay at this hotel, I found the hotel was a bit far from the tourist attractions, the food menu was limited, the room can be improved, TV programs are very limited and the shower was not hot as I mentioned to the counter staff. There was a swimming pool which was very clean.

I was still exhausted w jetlag, because I was only one day in Korea and I live in Peru (so it was a 2 day trip w 4 planes) I wanted to stay in a place with breakfast and with a “Cambodian” feeling. This is a hidded little gem, yes it is far from the temples and tourist things (but a tuktuk costs like $2-3) but it has an ATM machine and supermarket 2 blocks away, it is very close to the airport and the toom is huge they give you a bathrobe, a fridge, tv, amenities and a kettle. The breakfast was very good, everything impeccable and there is food w service to the pool. I really needed to rest and recharge and this hotel is everything you need when you travel. Sun, the girl at the front desk is so professional and attentive she helped me with the transportation and all the questions she really is a gem!

This boutique hotel exceeded expectations and only became more impressive as I compared it to other accommodations during my trip. My pool-side view room was quiet, and the relaxing ambient sounds by the pool successfully distracted from the city noise. Breakfast was great.

Street noise was noticeable at breakfast due to the open-air second-floor restaurant and morning traffic commuters honking. Ambient sounds couldn’t fully mask it, but inside seating or a later breakfast might help. By the pool, traffic noise was present but not overly disruptive.

Overall was very good. The breakfast was applicable for a hotel, not so many varieties but there were a few fruits and other few options. We liked the harmony the place set us in, nice calming music and good staff. The room was what we expected and the pool it was nice, clean and cold water. :) We also had a few snacks at the pool from the Hotel restaurant which were tasty.

On Sunday night my partner and I had dinner at the Hotel restaurant, and the food was not unfortunately. I had a Green Curry, and he had a Caesar salad the salad was ok, but I could not eat the green curry as it did not have any tasty at all.

The best thing about Sarina Boutique is the beautiful green central area around the pool and downstairs lobby. My balcony gave a nice view of the treetops and the city beyond the hotel. The room and pool were clean. The staff went out of their way to help me with suggestions, printing, etc. and kindly provided fruit and water poolside. Breakfast was good with fresh hot eggs made to order and homemade breads.

The balcony chairs are not very comfortable.

The hotel has a unique, cozy charm, and the staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, well-designed, and offered all the modern amenities I could ask for. One highlight was the peaceful ambiance of the hotel, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a nice selection of local and international options.

We were very pleasantly surprised to have some snacks delivered when we arrived during the night. it was unexpected and that made us feel very welcome. The pool area is great and we enjoyed having our room 101 so close from it, so we could have a time together in the evening with our feet in the water. The food was also very good.

There were some tiles that looked broken and we could easily have twisted an ankle walking in the holes (tiles against the swimming pool).

Sarina is our go to hotel in Phnom Phen . Close to the airport, lots of restaurants near by yet on a very quiet street ( first time staying there we wondered if the taxi had taken a wrong turn). Access to the rest of the city is easy and fast with GRAB. Rooms are nice, clean, and the area around the pool makes the hotel feel cozy. Breakfast was good and the manager was always around to ensure the comfort of the guests.

My wife thought the price of coconuts was a bit high.

Upgraded on arrival to a beautiful suite, it was so lovely we booked to stay an extra night. A real boutique hotel in a lovely neighbourhood close to the airport. Lovely tranquil atmosphere with a pool surrounded by plants. Breakfast was excellent and served in a great setting. Room facilities were top notch, even included a bottle of wine.

It’s not that we didn’t like it but you can hear the planes from the balcony after all it is an airport hotel :). You did not hear them in the room.

Pool is amazing! Location itself an oasis in the middle of a busy setting. Breakfast was great!

Breakfast was great as said, but for dinner..? Do not have it there! No taste, combi deals are not suitable/enough for 2 persons even though stated and when giving feedback on this, due to language issues l presume, there’s no response.. But all in all we had a nice stay there for 2 nights!
