My stay at the Sanctuary Residence, my first and second day in Cambodia, was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Despite contacting them over a month later for documentation to send to my university, they kindly obliged within one working day, which was extremely helpful. Their administration is clearly in order!

Honestly, there wasn't really anything I didn't like. It was a beautiful place to stay and I'd recommend anyone do the same. After a 10,000km transit on three international flights from the UK, my airport transfer, as organised by the hotel through the Booking.com direct messaging section, was waiting for me as planned. Communication was faultless.

the amenities are great. it’s a peaceful place. the staff is fantastic! they are so kind and proactive. I’d recommend this place to everyone coming to Seam Reap. The vibe and the nature surrounding the hotel is magical. I loved waking up with the sound of birds and green landscape.

The hotel in itself is beautiful, super comfy, quiet and pleasant to be in. The rooms are spacious and the pool and outside are great.

It's a little but far from the city center, the distance it's not walkable because of the weather (too hot or heavy rain). A tuktuk is always necessary.

The room was a good size. Pool was clean. Room was cleaned everyday. Good location. It wasn’t too far from Pub Street and you don’t want to be too close to there. It’s very quiet

The Sanctuary Residence was great for my needs. I was attending a conference nearby and the hotel was in walking distance. There was also many places to eat nearby and the room was very spacious with a great view of the pool. The location is just off the main street and I found it very quiet. Staff were very friendly and approachable.

Everything was great except my bathtub was cracked at the bottom, causing water to leak out in to the bathroom. This was not a major issue for me as I was only staying two nights, however if I had noticed it sooner I would have asked to change rooms.

Great staff. They go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. The hotel restaurant does good food and cocktails.

Breakfast buffet is OK. Bathroom was OK.

I do like Food Preparation the and the drawing designs.

1. I don't like the smell of the bedsheets, toilet & room, 2. Cleanliness: dusty

The location was good in that it was away from noisy traffic yet a short walk to everything you may need. They served a decent hot breakfast with your choice of American or Khmeer. The staff was really polite and always helpful. A few of them spoke English well so communication was not an issue.

The hotel is good. It's very fascinating that he was greeted and taken to the place. Very good tour i ankor wat. After being stopped, the driver showed all the temples. I appreciate it well

Litil bit far away from center

I liked everything about this place. I loved the staff, the food, the massages, the room, the pool area, the quietness. It was a true paradise-like experience.
